I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.

Asked them to also check out a squeaking noise that I had been told previously may be very expensive to fix. The oil change was done quickly and for $30 cheaper than other places. The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! Harley Davidson TC88 Cam Chain tensioners broke apart inside oil pump chamber…read more Had to have them replaced and the cam port plate assembly cleared of all the pieces for proper oil flow. Mike and staff did a great job including giving me a price break on the labor charge since it ran 13.5 hours. No complaints oil pressure better than ever would recommend this shop. I would strongly suggest that Harley Davidson owners get their cam chain tensioners checked at least at the 20 to 25,000 interval. 2006 & newer models can go longer but check before 50k.
