But be warned your "customer experience" with Tom might be a little unnerving at times. We got the impression Tom didn't like us and didn't want this job. We rarely saw him and getting a daily report was like pulling teeth. The truth is he's just a nerdy engineer and WAY over his head with too much work. Don't let the lack of interpersonal skills put you off, you can trust him 1000%. Recommend you hire him in the Winter when he's not so busy.
