Walt Nielson came to the house and took measurements, saying he would have an estimate in 4-5 days and boasted about his quality of work and jobs that he has done. But then he asked us if we believe in God and if the earth is flat or round. He is convinced that the earth is flat!! He must not have liked our answers because as of today (July 12th) he has not responded with an estimate or repeated queries from me. Ghosting a potential customer is an unorthodox way to run a business.

They said there installer was on vacation for 2 months after I purchased the flooring so instead of waiting I hired a different installer. Because I did that is the reason they said they would not refund my money. On top of that, they ordered too much for my backsplash. Again, they would not return my money or take back the extra product which was very expensive. However, they didn't return the excess back to either so I could sell it myself, after I took it to their warehouse. Do NOT use these people. They will rip you off and smile while they do it.

Still no estimate, call Mike, said he would try sending it again and to send my email to his so he made sure it was correct. Still no estimate. Called again, he needed to go to his truck to look my project up. He found it and we discussed that I needed the estimate before he could start the project. He said he would send it that night. Still no estimate, called again and asked if he was truly interested in the project, He said absolutely and he would make sure to send the estimate that day. Still no estimate. He would not just tell me he did not want the my project. He leads on but is not responsible enough to follow through. After just trying to get an estimate, I can not imagine how long it would take to do my floors. He is very unreliable and unprofessional.
