He was the first of the referrals that I contacted and the moment I spoke with him I had this gut feeling to go with him as a hire. John was very knowledgeable, professional and during the whole inspection I knew he had my best interest not the relator, seller but me the buyer. John also knew that sometimes the news he has to report is not the news expected for the home buyer, he did not try to sugar coat the issues and explained in detail the damages and what they mean to the home and effects that can be projected issues down the road if not corrected. He explained this all to me with care, as he knew I truly wanted this property but knew that I knew it would be to much to take on for purchase and correction. John made sure I understood, asked if I had any questions in effort for me not to leave in dismay and confusion and needing more clarification. John spent as much time as needed, did not try to quickly do the job and run along without providing me with a detailed full report ready the next day due to contract commitments, with all the concerns, findings and unfortunate incorrect shoddy work done to try and make the home look as if the issues at one time were corrected. I could not pay enough for such a thorough job from a very knowledgeable, professional and awesome nice guy! I would hire John again and again for each and every property inspection needed along with referring him to anyone I know who would need the same service. Also his special service of drone usage to view a roof are in accurate this business owner appears to have a magic lens that makes your roof look worse than it is and then hyped up his report apparently doctors photos to make a roof condition look worse than it really is.
