He makes scheduling super easy, arrives early to get started and as things come up during the inspection he shares his findings with the client. At the end, he takes the time to give a summary of the inspection with the client right inside the home. He is thorough and offers a quick return time on his inspection reports which is so helpful when time is of the essence. He follows up each day after the inspection, asking if we have questions or need an explanation on anything - top notch service!
