These guys did a great job for a very reasonable rate. By luck, they were available within a few days of inquiring. They showed up on time, counted the windows, provided a reasonable rate (inside/outside window wash, screens washed but not tracks), and set to work. They use a "spotless" water system so the cleaning was done in about an hour and the windows dried over the course of the day. There were a few corners and spaces missed but nothing worth calling them back for. And certainly MUCH better and faster than I could have done! We'll call 20/20 La Jolla Window Cleaner the next time our windows need a cleaning - it was well worth the price. read more

Take it from me, Henry Jones and 20/20 La Jolla Window Cleaning is the best ! My wife and I have been customers of Henry's for 4 years now, calling them 2-3 times a year. We are very particular about our windows because of our great views. We live on the top floor of a condo building and Henry even cleans our extremely high windows on the outside of the building. We had used La Jolla twice before setting up our 3rd appointment. We were happy when Austin did the work. However, our last experience with John was a nightmare. He left some windows uncleaned and some streaked. He also left scuff marks on the ledges and actually gouged one. He scratched one of our patio doors. We called him and asked him to come back to repair the damage and to clean the streaked windows. He said he would do that and we made an appointment and he never showed up. When we called the phone kept ringing and went unanswered. We regret not putting a stop payment on the $150.00 check, which he had us make out to him personally. We were ripped off. read more

He and his team did such a good job, we asked them to come back and power wash our exterior stucco and clean the windows. Need those dirty windows washed? This is the guy for you. I've been using Henry Jones at 20/20 since 2006. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is exceptional. When he does the inside windows he's in booties or his stocking feet to protect your floors. No drips, no spills, no streaks. Henry doesn't use ammonia. Windows high up? No worries. He removes and replaces all screens. I have him do my windows once or twice a year. This year I invited two of my neighbors to engage Henry and they were very satisfied with his work.
