They were timely and did a great job. However, I called specifically because I couldn't get my screen back in and then I ended up getting my whole house windows done...but when they put the screen back in they broke the screen. I understand my window screens are old and maybe the window frame is warped which caused it to be difficult to go back in, however now I have a broken screen. It would have been appreciative to offer a small discount for the broken screen but they didn't even say much about it. Or maybe they could have tried going outside with the latter and push it in instead of completely breaking the corner of the screen. Other than that they did a great job overall. But if you have an older home with old screens or windows just be careful letting someone come clean them as you can end up with broken screens. read more

Zach arrived as we'd scheduled. I showed him the layout of our two story house and all our windows. He also cleaned our glass deck panels and retractable screen doors. We have 43 mostly operable windows, with very few fixed panes that don't open. That means a lot of tracks, screens and glass panes on two levels. I needed all the windows and screens cleaned in my 2 story, 2000 sq ft home, after three years of no window cleaning. He happened to have a cancellation for today that had just taken place so he was able to fit me in today, which was unexpected and wonderful.
