The smell is overpowering, and by the time I left, I was having a full blown asthma attack and fighting a migraine. This store is literally toxic.

What they DIDN'T tell us was ANYTHING about how that process works. So, six weeks later we got hit with a LARGE bill from our previous carrier, leaving us with almost nothing leftover for Christmas shopping. We then called customer service and this carrier store, they both gave us different answers on what went wrong. Ultimately we applied for a refund for the bill online and they gave us a deadline of 12/14 for it to be verified. It is now 12/18, and after several phone calls trying to get through to customer service, several callbacks from the representative, and about 3 hours of our day- we've been told it will take another SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS to get our money back. If we were told how the process works in the first place, this would not have happened. The carrier store either would've handled it correctly and covered the bill the first time, or they would've told us about the wait and we wouldn't have started service with them at all. Absolutely ludicrous in terms of transparency and customer satisfaction. We are absolutely infuriated.
