Our customer experience yesterday at this store was exceptional! My husband and I walked in…read moreyesterday and within an hour we switched from our Sprint carrier to Verizon! Thank god because our Sprint service was terrible!! Chris Fazah, the assistant manager who took care of us, was so professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole process painless!! Verizon even paid out what we owed to sprint to ditch them too! No joke! My husband and I have excellent service now and we can actually call each other without our phones kicking to VM! We couldn't be happier with our decision to switch. We would recommend this verizon store to anyone! If YOU are thinking about switching your phone service to Verizon heres what u need to know: 1. Bring your account # and password from your existing carrier 2. Know how much data you use every month so u dont buy to much with your new package (we use 1.5-2GB a month). Talk and text is unlimited with verizon so no need to worry there. 3. You will most likely need to purchase a new phone with verizon and not be able to keep ur old phone. The payment for your new phone is incorporated into your monthly service payment. I got the iphone 6s (30 bucks a month) and my husband got the samsung galaxy 6s (24 bucks a month). If you still owe $ on your old phone no worries, remember, verizon pays that off for you! 4. You will have to open your wallet the day you switch. You will need to pay the sales tax on your new phones, and of course that depends on how much your phones cost. Remember, getting a new phone might also require new accessories (think case, charger, protector). Our new combined monthly verizon bill payment is now: $162 (this includes the monthly installment payment on our 2 new phones, service fees, and $22 of this insures both phones).

This representative replied to requests in English and Spanish, and helped me fully under the situation my device was in. The value at this place (I am and IT and CS worker) was very better than fair, and they have products and services all the way back to iPhone 6! The business was also not upset with the comment that I needed to see other options before making my decision. I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer. He told me it was my son's word against his and refused to give me the name and contact information for the manager or owner of the shop. He absolutely damaged the camera on the iPhone and was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. BEWARE if you go here for a repair you may leave with more damage than you started with.
