Clean store, friendly staff ready to help you out, and man the selection. They have EVERTHING you could possibly ask for. Especially when it comes to vaping supplies and equipment like coils ect. A while back I asked them if they would be stocking up on Halo Subzero e juice. The boss of the joint told me to come back next week, and lo and behold, they had my favorite E juice stocked and ready to go. Unfortinately, thanks to the A-Holes in charge of the state, their selection of e juiceis ls almost nonexistent (I am currently about to experiment making my own e juice, and going to test out a couple of clone recipes of Halo E Juices including Subzero and Kringle's Curse). But that's not their fault, as much as it' BS politics. I still go in from time to time to pick up new coils for my kit, and the store and it's friendly staff still carry on with helpful service, and a clean and well stocked store. Went from 5 star to 1 and you can thank the long hair guy for that. Sad too because the guy that helped me return my 510 battery that didn't work exchanged me for a new one no hassle and made sure it worked. He was very nice that was months ago, the other guys at the counter are usually nice as well, and the guy that rang me up today was very nice. The negative experience was the dude with the long hair who came up to me and asked "why I was taking pictures of everything " and that "the boss doesn't like that" and looked at me all weird and scared. First of all. I didn't take pictures of everything. I took two pictures of the pipes because I couldn't decide what I want so I snapped a pic so I can decide at home and come back since I was pressed for time. Also I took one pic of the santa Cruz shredders prices so I can compare. And then I looked up few other things on my phone to see the reviews he probably thought I was taking pics. So 3 pics bro. 2 of the pipes and 1 of the price tags of the santa cruz shredder Not "everything " Also I get if someone is taking a bunch of pics and don't buy anything that could be sketchy. I get it. But the guy looked at me all weird and I even apologized and explained to him why I took pics and he still gave me a weird ass vibe. So I still bought one Santa Cruz Shredder, one cookies kindstack & a 500 count of Kratom. I would of bought even more stuff if it wasn't for his attitude and comment. Type of business to tell you the return policy after the fact. Usually don't like being a stickler so when I noticed the vape I bought didn't have the protection sticker under it I still tried it out and it seemed to work fine until it died the next day. Went back 2 days later hoping the same guy I bought it from was there, he was. I told him about it and he then tells me how they tell people to test it in the store beforehand, not once have I been told to do that and this was my 4th time there. Then he says if I would have called and kept the package then maybe they would have considered exchanging it. I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review for this place. But here we are. I've been coming to 209 for a few years now and my god these guys are amazing! All the guys who are here care for their customers like they are they're own family. And will help you find what you are looking for as well as take care of any issues you may have with the devices you smoke with. I recently came in again because I bought two aloe mango ice puff bars (obviously a favorite amongst everyone!) and when my hubby and I took a hit it tasted super weird and burned like crazy! The aloe mango bars are not usually super strong like that so we both new these two were definitely not smokable. Not normal for the brand and shop since they have always been really strict in making sure the have the best products. So I brought one of them in see if they knew what could be wrong with it and so that I may buy a new one. It was no surprise The guys were shocked that the puff did that and assisted me by replacing the funky one with a new one for free!! Along with the rest of the purchases I made prices are always the best and will definitely continue to go to them!! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We bought a new piece and broke the down stem right after getting it. We bought a new one from them and it ended up not fitting, so we went back for 3rd time that day and they replaced the down stem and bowl and ensured fitment for free. Dry dutches here and the no return-exchange policy is stupid. Products aren't fresh and a lot of the times defective.

There is a lot to say about this smoke shop! I am pretty new to vaping and really didn't know what I was doing, I got my first mod in Napa at a vape shop and they did not explain anything to me about it. When I decided to upgrade I came here, the owner has a great selection of mods, tanks and RDAs. I had no idea what to get and didn't really have a big budget. The owner explained all the different types to me and set me up with a nice little set up. Once I purchased it he helped me set it up and explained everything about it to me, he showed me how to make my own coils and how to re-WIC the cotton. Once that was done he went over all the different settings with me and explained what the differences were. And I was on my way. E-Juices: what a selection! This shop has the most juices that I have seen so far. I like the fact that I can go in there and tell the guys "hey I want a new juice and my taste pallet is this..." I pay the $1 tasting fee and they bring out some very tasty juices. I have narrowed down my favorite juices that I liked and even tried some that I probably wouldn't have tried till they recommended them. They have a deal every Friday and Sat where you get two 30mil bottles for $30 so you are saving $10. Plus they have other random deals every now and then. Check out their facebook and web site for them. And make sure you follow on facebook to get updates on deals. And no they aren't paying me to say this, this is just a really good smoke shop. Staff: the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like to stop by on my way home from work and bs with the guys. They do get busy at times but they do acknowledge you when you walk in the door making you feel welcomed. Wais and Marco have easily become two of our favorite people to see. The customer service, selection, and quality are something that is rare in a vape shop in this area. Can we talk about prices being fair and amazing?! First off, my boyfriend and I occasionally set out around Tracy, Modesto, and Stockton to see what other vape shops are offering but I will tell you nothing beats 209! Most shops in the area are selling mods for 10-30 above the prices I have seen at 209. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I only hope to see them grow into a larger space one day. Came in to buy a battery for my cartridge, I was told were the battery's were at! I asked how much for a certain battery, the guy with long black hair and glasses told me it's 30 plus tax! So I asked him if I could buy it for 28$, he said no you can't it's 30 plus tax, then I asked if he could do 30$ , and he said no it's 30 plus tax, now my problem is that in order to make people want to come back, you want to make them feel good in some shape of way or form, what it comes down too is I'm a smoker I go to smoke shops all the time, I just moved to Manteca, I'm already not liking this town because of this smoke shop, every single smoke shop I've been to in my life has given me some type of discount, weather it be a dollar or 50 cents, do something for the customer so that they'll feel you did something for them, don't be a jerk and not hook a brotha up, at the very least y'all should put a little sign that says, we're 40$ today on special for 30$ even though it's be a lie, it'd still be something for us customers!
