Unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. There should be an option to leave ZERO STARS for this company. We booked with them but got zero service cause they didn't show up! We booked them in advance to take our stuff away on Sunday at noon because we had to move out by the afternoon or pay a big penalty fee. They still hadn't shown up after 1 pm so we kept calling but no answer. Someone finally picked up around 1:45 pm and said they would get a hold of their driver and get back to me quickly with an update. I stressed they needed to get there soon because we only had a few hours left. AN HOUR LATER, I get a text saying they could be there an additional hour later. So basically, they let us know 3 HOURS AFTER THEY'RE SCHEDULED PICK UP THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE 4 HOURS LATE. No apology or explanation. It's a good thing we didn't trust they'd actually show up after the radio silence and lucked out with booking service last-minute minute with another company who came through. If you need someone reliable that will actually show up, please think twice about hiring this company. read more

I requested last minute service late Friday night for someone to come out before noon the next day to haul some stuff away and received a response within minutes. They were available to come out in the time requested and said they would give us an estimate no obligation before starting any work. I initially only asked for them to disassemble and take away a large yard canopy. We had some exercise equipment that needed to be moved to the garage which they were also able to do.
