So I phoned Turlock Scavenger to get a 15 yard dumpster and got placed #6 on a one to two week waiting list! A recent spell of windy weather wreaked havock on my parents' property in the central valley. The ground was littered with leaves, pine needles, and palm fronds. I live in southern California and keep an eye on the property remotely.
