I do not recommend this company. They were referred to me by 3 day blinds. They did a great job…read morein the beginning at installing the shades I ordered. However, when one of my shades broke, Lorena took my shade and kept it in her warehouse for 5 months. I contacted her numerous times without any response from her. 3 day blinds tried contacting her with no response too. Finally, she showed up at my home with new shades because we all assumed my shade had been lost. Then, she discloses that the shade had been sitting in her warehouse. It was like no big deal to her and she blamed it on 3 day blinds. She did not care that I had been reaching out to her. And, to add to it-they sent her a Fed-Ex label and she ignored that for 30 days so they could pick it up and get it repaired for me. I don't understand people like this.
