We were guided through the measuring process by an excellent, detail-oriented customer service employee named Erica. The result being an excellent, custom fit in each window. The quality of the blinds is great too. Recently, the veneer finish on 2 of the 6 valences began to peel. I think they had been added to our original order after a measuring mix-up and may have been made by a different supplier than the bulk of our order. Delta replaced them. I met with the owner, Sean who helped pick out the shutters that I wanted. After that, he gave me a tour of his manufacturing facility as they make the shutters there from start to finish. I was sold and went with Metro for almost every window in the house. As my house was coming to completion, Sean and his team measured the custom shutters and custom made them. Just days after closing on my house, his installer came and put up all the high quality shutters and I could not be happier. I had Atlanta Blind and Shade make and install 5 blinds for my newly purchased condo. They did faux…read morewood blinds for 2 windows in the bedroom and 3 tall panels in the living area, one of which is a door. Jayson came right on time to do the measurements and quote me a price. He said it would be up to 10 working days before the blinds would be ready and that Shawn (sp?) would call when they were ready and set up a time to install them. Shawn called about a week later and set up an appointment for a couple of days later. He also showed up right on time and installed the blinds without a hitch. He even made perfect adjustments to insure the blinds on the door would not interfere with the handle. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of the company. I also thought the cost was reasonable. And both Jayson and Shawn are very personable, honest, and fun to work with. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

When I bought my new house, I purchased "whole home blinds" directly from the builder but for whatever reason the front door was not included. My real estate agent referred me to John and within two days he made it out to my house, took measurements, and had everything ordered. Pricing was affordable. He let me pay for half up front and the other half upon completion. A few weeks later, everything came in and John came back out and got the shutter installed in about 15 minutes. I can't thank John enough, I get compliments all the time about the shutter and finally have some privacy at the entrance. He's highly knowledgeable of his craft and a true professional.
