We were guided through the measuring process by an excellent, detail-oriented customer service employee named Erica. The result being an excellent, custom fit in each window. The quality of the blinds is great too. Recently, the veneer finish on 2 of the 6 valences began to peel. I think they had been added to our original order after a measuring mix-up and may have been made by a different supplier than the bulk of our order. Delta replaced them. I bought some motorized window shades that had the ability to work with my home network. These would open from both the top and bottom, work on a schedule, and could be controlled by an app on my phone. The shades were quiet, blocked all light and worked perfectly - worth every penny. There was a small problem in which the manufacturer included the wrong mounting brackets with one of the shades. Steve (who I believe is the owner) contacted me by phone, got the correct brackets in right away, and showed up himself at my place to make sure everything was just right. One of my final projects was to replace my unsightly hardwood and tile floors with LVP. I got several quotes from small and large companies; some who made the job seem like it would be impossible because my house was old and had its issues. Every company that came, pointed out a slant in the floor, a dent, or patch of missing hardwood- all of which would increase the cost of the final project. Some companies also required me to hire someone else to move all the furniture out of my home first. When Alex from Oakerds came out he did a thorough inspection of the job and gave me a price that was lower than most other companies. I was shocked at how smooth the estimate went.
