I used 21 Fun for my company's holiday party... I found them to be professional, courteous and friendly... their prices are also slightly more competitive than some of the others I researched, not by a ton but even just a little bit helps. What really closed the deal for me, though, was how easy/friendly they were to work with. That and the fact that they provided a "casino manager..." They have good quality tables and their professional dealers are the real deal with tuxedos and patiently explained the rules of the game, over and over if needed! I highly recommend them and will have no hesitation working with them again in the future...they will bring the tables to basically anywhere you ask them. Really good companies can be measured by the level of customer service that they provide when you make a purchase. Nothing says more about a company then they provide amazing customer service you even when they don't make the sale. I recently was looking for pricing for a birthday party that I was planning. I had a lot of things to consider and pricing was a big one. Roberta from 21 Fun Casino was amazing from the very first phone call. She understood the decision making that I was going through and provided excellent pricing for my consideration. As it turns out, friends came through and said they would provide tables and supplies for the event allowing me to save the money that I would have had to spend otherwise. 3 days before the party, I wasn't sure if the friend's tables were going to come through. There were some problems. I phoned Roberta and she worked immediately to get me amazing pricing and to create a 'safety net' for me until I knew if it was going to be a 'go' with the friends. After about 2 hours, my friends confirmed that it was still a go with them. So, I phoned her to let her know that it was confirmed. Roberta was amazing because she class that she demonstrated - despite the extra work. She told me that even if there is a last minute change on the day of the party - to call her so that no matter what happened with tables, the party would go off without a hitch. She said she needed a total of 6 hours to pull it all together in case of a last minute change. It is very rare that I find companies that provide customer service like that. I researched and got quotes from a handful of places and must say they "were" orginally competitive. They responded back within 24 hours. Roberta was great to interact with, however, when I asked for a discount, I was forwarded to John the owner/manager. Although cordial, he used the sales pressure tactic on me which I did not appreciate. I ended up going with another place because they had better pricing comparing apples to apples. John came off as being confident in his company which is good but when you are unable to beat the price of your competitors who offer the same service and equipment, as a smart costumer I will obviously go with the latter.
