Teri S. was extremely helpful with communicating/coordinating the logistics and was very responsive. Honestly, the casino party was a HUGE hit. For my 24th birthday, it was the best birthday yet. I decided on 1 blackjack table and 1 roulette table. Jim and Dave were our dealers and were super nice and fun - they were a pleasure to talk to and interacted with all my guests while teaching them how to play! They even offered to bring extra chips for free for a poker table since I didn't want to pay for one, but we didn't end up using it. The 'casino' was open from 4-7pm and I thought 3 hours was a perfect amount of time. They even included raffle tickets that could be traded in at the end of the night. I raffled off various prizes - a framed photo of myself, 2 bottles of wine, 3 stuffed animals, and 1 lucky guest got to throw a pie tin full of whipped cream in my face! Overall, the roulette/blackjack tables were amazing and fit perfectly with my casino-themed birthday party! I reached out to a few different companies for quotes and John from Private Label Casino got back to me immediately and offered the best price and service. I booked them for my husband's surprise 30th birthday party and they did not disappoint! The party was a huge hit and I had several guests ask me what company I used. The tables were nice and looked so legit, we had roulette, poker and blackjack. The dealers were all super personable and friendly. They taught anyone that didn't know the game how to play. My 13 year old sister who didn't even know how to play go fish know now knows how to bet and play poker! I was super impressed at their level of professionalism. They came an hour early to set up, they helped me with giving the guests raffle tickets when it was time to turn in their chips and cleaned up the tables at the end of the party. They also provided "funny money" which was fake $500 bills with my husbands face on them. Everyone got a kick out of those. The funny money was used to get chips and when guests turned in their chips at the end of the night they got raffle tickets for a few prizes I bought. I'm so glad I hired Private Label, it was definitely worth the money and took so much pressure off the party planning. I called a few different companies for price quotes hoping to get the best deal. Surprisingly a lot of the companies were slow to respond, and one company in particular even trash talked the competition saying the competitors had awful dealers, their tables were all old, they steal your money, etc. etc. It creeped me out & made nervous to move forward with any of them. But I ended up choosing Private Label because they were the most responsive, a lot nicer on the phone, had the most positive reviews, and their quote was surprisingly affordable. I'm so happy I did! They were great!! The set-up crew came early and had everything ready before guests arrived, and I was relieved to see their tables were really nice. The whole set-up looked like it came straight from one of the big casinos. And my friends and family still talk about how good the dealers were. They made it so fun! OK .. I searched and searched for a company to help me host a casino party. usually I don't have luck finding vendors and things as I always seem to pick the flakey ones. this makes me extremely leery when trying to pick vendors.......trust is a big thing., so I called for a quote and teri worked with me understood what I needed and gave me a price that fit within my budget.... during the process I paid her twice by accident. Every year the dealers they send are professional & friendly, a rare combo. Our poker tournaments have both professional and rookie players. These dealers cater to both. They're friendly & patient with the rookie players, while still keeping the pros entertained and involved. Their pit managers and MC's are always on their A-game and take care of everything for me. It makes my job so much easier when the tournaments run themselves. I never have to worry about anything. Even the owner has been great to work with and always available when I've had questions during the planning process.
