Rob said I was getting a "FREE" upgrade (because of the wait time) to a corning roof, but when I looked at the original contract, I signed it was for a corning roof. So, what upgrade?? I have left several voice messages for Bill with Duneland. I explained that there was considerable damage being done to my home by a gutter that needed replacement. I have not had one call back. After two-weeks of patiently waiting for a return call and trying to support this local small business owner in my community, I decided to contact a larger, more professional company. I received a call back immediately, had an estimate in-hand within two days and the work completed within a week. All this took place and I'm still waiting for that call back! While it is important to support local business, it is equally important for these businesses to care about the residents in their communities and, at a minimum, return phone calls. Based on this experience I, of course, would never recommend Duneland Seamless Gutters.
