Pork burnt ends, brisket, street corn, potato salad along with a Texas Twinkie

Ooooooooommmmmmmmmggggggg!! So worth the drive!! The restaurant was very homey and laid back. We were greeted by a very sweet lady at the register. The food I will definitely rate high up there with Dayne's!! We ordered the brisket ( couldn't even pick it up because it was soooo tender that it crumbled in my hands) also ordered the pork burnt ends( very tasty) with the sides of the street corn and the potato salad and who could resist a Texas Twinkie?!?! The best sides I have had thus far!! One of the best BBQ places yet!!

When the food is this fresh and delicious, I have to put it on the map. This spot serves up barbecue that's truly Yelp-worthy -- I'm giving it a solid 10/10! I ordered the two-meat plate with brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage, plus mac & cheese and loaded potato salad on the side. Every bite was packed with flavor, and honestly, the meat was so good it didn't even need barbecue sauce (though they do have it if you want it). The vibe inside leans more towards a bar atmosphere, but they also offer outdoor seating, which is a nice touch. If you're craving barbecue, make sure this place is on your list -- it's worth the detour!

This was my first time visiting the store front, and it was so cool finally being able to see it! They worked so hard to get to where they are now we will always support!! The food was great like always, they posted they had a special that day and it looked so good we had to get it!! The only thing I wish the potato came with was bbq sauce and sour cream, but that's just me. It was still super flavorful either way! The service was great, the person working the register was so nice, she even remembered my name when I was walking out the door! This is definitely still one of my favorite bbq places in Arlington! Thank you guys for everything y'all do

It was my first time trying this spot, the food was great, service was prompt and the ambiance was welcoming.

Eaten at 225 several times over the years. Think every visit was when they were parked at Division brewing. Always liked the bbq, but it got to where my visits were mostly to try something new they were touting on Facebook or whatever. Best thing I like about 225 is the non bbq, bbq stuff they make. They just opened in their building, I was out running errands and decided to go check them out. Early afternoon on a weekend. Not super busy, good for me, I looked at the menu above the register. I really was just going to grab a sandwich, but honestly didn't see any sandwiches offered on the menu. Maybe I just missed it, but before I could ask, I was intrigued by the Chipotle nachos. Cashier wasn't sure what was on them, which was a little amusing, but I stopped her and just asked "there is some kind of meat on them, right?" when she nodded and said yes, I told her that was good enough for me. I got a soda from the fountain (No Coke, Pepsi!...but I drink DP anyway) and grabbed a seat at the bar. They saw my number and dropped off my nachos soon after. It was a pretty big pile, plenty for two. I saw the meat was pulled pork, with lots of cheese, and a few other veggie type things, with a sauce (chipotle probably) drizzled on top of everything. They were really good, and not skimpy on the meat. I finished off a pretty good amount of them. My only issue is the chips they use are thick, which is probably good to put off the chips getting soggy quickly, but I still prefer thinner chips. Not a deal breaker, I would get the nachos again. Inside is pretty barren. I think the two pool tables must be leftover from when it was Mavericks sports bar. Doesn't look like they changed much. But I come for the food, not the ambiance. They have birria tacos, think I saw birria ramen, several other regular, non bbq menu items. I remember when they did the pork belly sandwiches, those things were great. No booze, but BYOB. Anyway, glad to see them in a nice, air conditioned space. Over the years I would pass by during summer months because it was just to hot to sit outside.

Was scrolling social media and saw a post about the day's special of a Burger, side and 2 birria tacos for $20. We have been meaning to go here so many times and decided today was the day. My husband got the special and I got 1/2lb brisket, cherry bomb and a Texas Twinkie. Our food was absolutely outstanding. There was not one single thing I tried that wasn't delicious. They have recently moved from a food truck to a brick and mortar so the inside is still a work in progress but they have lots of seating, tvs and it's clean. My food came out pretty quick and service was friendly. I am kicking myself for not trying them out all the other times I thought about it. If this is you......GO NOW

Two tacos, two meat, two sides, two drinks $32... absolutely fantastic, authentic Mexican and Texas BBQ collaboration

We were fortunate five this place down in Arlington near our hotel and AT&T stadium. You sure you check their hours before you go. They're closed Monday and Tuesday. We had two tacos, two meats and two sides for under $30. Good portions absolutely amazing food. Fantastic collaboration between authentic Mexican and Texas barbecue

Got the birria quesadilla with macaroni and cheese.

This place just opened a month ago. They don't have alcohol just yet. It is BYOB until they get alcohol I think. Very open space. Lots of TVs. Over all chill and awesome place!! Service was great. You order at the counter.

I came back on early Saturday evening after a nice cooling rain. It was pleasantly not crowded. I got a couple of empanadas from one truck and a couple of smash burgers from another. Both items were delicious. When I go back, I want to try something from the hibachi grill. I got an Oakcliff smashburger and my son enjoyed a Dallas. We loved our burgers. You could tell they were made fresh with chunks of avocado and bacon for me! The empanadas were good if a bit small. The dough pocket could have been premade, so I'll have to try something else from that food truck. That's the beauty and draw of a food truck park as pi your able to try have what you want and still eat together! I hope people come out and give this place a try. Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)

TL;DR: Planned to grab a quick sandwich. Ended up eating more than half the menu with Daniel Vaughn while chatting with the talented Marc Fadel. Smoked meats? Incredible. Lebanese twist? Genius. Hospitality? Unmatched. This was a five-star meat miracle. It was just past 11 on Saturday, and I had a simple plan: swing by Habibi Barbecue for a sandwich and skedaddle. But as I pull up to the Ghost Food Park, I spot none other than the BBQ Snob himself, Daniel Vaughn, admiring the big steel offset like it was the Mona Lisa of smokers. We chatted. I fanboyed. He offered to share a meal. I said yes faster than a fat cap melts under a low flame. Out come the trays. Not a tray. Trays. Plural. Overflowing with bark, juice, and joy. The brisket was textbook: tender, smoke-ringed, and confident. The burnt ends were candy with a bark, kissed by just the right amount of sauce. The pork ribs held their shape but surrendered with a gentle tug, seasoned like they'd been given a TED Talk on flavor. The dino beef rib was a whole paleo protein event: massive, primal, and mind-blowing. Tucked underneath the pile, pita bread soaked up all the meaty runoff. I made a little Habibi taco with pickles and sauce that nearly brought a tear to my eye. Then came the burger. Looked like a classic smash: double meat, double cheese, pickles, mustard. But that Lebanese purple coleslaw? That's the twist. Tangy, crunchy, and the perfect cool contrast to the rich beef. Fries were crinkle-cut, crispy, and praise be unburdened by a salt mine. Now my wife, The Side Dish Sage, wasn't with me this time, but she would've elbowed me out of the way for a second helping of the tabbouleh salad: bright, herby, and packed with cucumber crunch. The garlic potatoes had the crisp-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside thing locked down. Finally, the Lebanese BBQ bowl: rice, lettuce, pickles, pickled turnips, hummus, pita chips, tzatziki, and a healthy heap of brisket. It's a flavor bomb. A Texa-bibi mezze miracle. Marc Fadel, this man is the real deal. His family is putting out food with soul, smoke, and story. And they're only open Friday night and Saturday. That's confidence. That's swagger. That's knowing you're serving something worth showing up for. Habibi Barbecue wasn't just a quick lunch. What I got was better: hospitality, conversation, and a top-tier meal with legends on both sides of the table. This is what barbecue is about: community, culture, and craft. I came for one sandwich. I left with a full belly, a full heart, and a new respect for what happens when Texas smoke meets Lebanese spice. That, my friends, is what you call a pita party.

A few changes wonderfully take what could be a normal barbecue truck to a whole new level. I got the Lebanese plate. A lot of care went into the preparation of every aspect of the dish. The cucumbers were cut so as to perfectly mix with the other ingredients so every bite was perfect and balanced. The rice, often a side thought, was seasoned and delicious and even had meat laced throughout . The hummus on the dish was also very above average. It was a good portion that was surprisingly light thanks to the veggies. The people are masters of hospitality. A true gem I'll be returning to as often as I can manage.
