I'm not sure how to do this review. It's like A Tale Of Two cities-its a Tale of 4 Food Trucks. I tried the Hibachi first. I got the plate with chicken, beef, and shrimp plus veggies. It was $21 and it was a HUGE amount of food. It had that great Hibachi taste and all the food was top quality. Seriously, 3 people at least , could get this 1 plate. I can't wait to try more of the menu. The next place was Apna, a schwarma place. Got the chicken schwarma. It was very good!! But the French fries were FABULOUS! Shockingly good. Now I want to try something else fried from there. The next was Chopped up Cocina. Just got 1 taco. Please see picture. But I'm hurrying to get to the BEST place: BBQ 225. OH MY GOD. The BBQ brisket was out of this world. Unbelievable! Moist, tender and tasty, the sliced beef sandwich was amazing. I'm a Texas girl and I know excellent BBQ when I taste it and this is some of the best of the best. You MUST GET THIS BBQ. It was so stunning we were just eating it so fast I didn't get a picture of it. Beautifully cooked brisket with a great bark. Love , love, love this place. The Mexican corn-meh. All in all, Ghost Park has something for everyone plus a cute little artificial turf area with picnic tables. This is gonna be a regular stop for us.

I loved it! I say…read more"I" as my wife wasn't as big a fan of the food as I was. We had reservations in a busy Saturday night and were seated at a comfortable 2-top. They were about full when we arrived. Not so much when we left. While I thought there was a game tonight - it's the Eagles in concert at one of the nearby stadiums. Because it was packed when we arrived, the space was fairly loud. Cheyenne was our server and she did great. She knew the menu well and made some suggestions. We had already read the Yelp reviews and sort of knew what we wanted. Two of us shared: - Margarita rocks - Pan con Tomate - Crispy Pork - Jerk Chicken Paella The Pan con Tomate was amazing. Really cool presentation too. The Crispy Pork was real nice. A bit dry due to making it crispy. Really meaty too. The Jerk Chicken Paella was great. Cheyenne told us the jerk seasoning wasn't very spicy. She was right. I would have liked it spicier though but understand the decision to appeal to a broader section of diners. The socarrat was amazing. They make the paella in a small (8"?) cast iron skillet. It made for a perfect caramelization of the rice (socarrat). The dish had jerk seasoned chicken thighs and vegetables. Yum! I would have loved to have the Coconut Cake. But we were full and it was $22. We'll come back to Cafe Americana and try other dishes and the cake!

Came on a Tuesday afternoon and had the special Caddo (tilapia and shrimp over rice with a creamy…read moresauce). It was pretty good and I was surprised at how thick the tilapia was. Shrimp on top was a little chewy, but acceptable. DH had the shrimp po boy and it really could have used four or five more shrimp. More bread than anything. I tasted his fries and they seemed to have been fried in old oil. I love hush puppies, but could only eat a small bite of the one I tried. Again, old frying oil that soaked the entire hush puppies. There are fish photos all over the walls, which are kind of fun to look at. Will be back because we have friends that like their Tuesday special, but overall the food is just OK.

Saturday lunch around 11:30am, not a line but they did get a bit busier. I've been here a few times…read more& I'm surprised it wasn't as busy for a weekend. It's really just great food, nothing fancy but delicious. I had the lobster roll, I came with coleslaw & fries. I'm not a coleslaw person but it was pretty good. The fries were perfect & they have that good ranch. The lobster roll itself was on Texas toast, buttery toasted goodness with meaty lobster. I'm definitely going to have to go back for this sometime soon, it was $20 for my meal. My friend had chicken strips, no complaints there & we shared a basket of fried pickles. Clean restaurant, fast service, tasty food, & friendly staff. Prices are fair, no concerns with menu options for everyone. Fun, chill place with a lot of fishing decor & photos. There's a reason why this place has been here for so long, great lunch stop!
