Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM. Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. One of the best food trucks stopping by John Peter Smith hospital for nightshift food options. It's also one of the more fresh, gourmet trucks too, so it might take a bit longer to get your food but Damn! it's good. First time I tried their ATW fried chicken, avocado, bacon sandwich. It was a real heavy hearty meal itself. The breading on the chicken was a little thick but crispy. Maybe it lacked some flavor on the chicken because I just thought of how many carbs I was consuming with the breading and the biscuit. I was down to try another sandwich the next week, the Chef Biscuit. Came with sliced hangar steak, créme fraîche, arugula and baby spinach, and some red onions. Tasted a lot lighter than the ATW. Very good balance of ingredients and seasoning. The steak was a good medium/medium-rare. Their potato truck fries (I think they were called) were real good too. 1cm thin cut potatoes fried. Some crispy, some soggy. Added a more authentic flavor of real potatoes. And that dipping sauce! Tasted kinda like a mix of special sauces from Big Mac and In'n'Out. read more

I had the grilled shredded chicken, avocado and bacon ATF with a side of their amazing sauce and fresh potato chips. Everything was stellar to the last bite! The chips were a cross between fries and chips and they were unbelievably good. I highly recommend this food truck! read more

WOW... Never been a big fan of food trucks but this one is run by a genuine chef and you can tell it in the quality of the food. We tried three different it's from the hanger steak biscuit to the brisket biscuit taco and sweet potato shreds with marshmallow. Great food, great service... If you're around their location you have to give it a try. read more

Love, love , love the food. Yes, they are biscuit sandwiches but they're large. Savory, buttery, and satisfying.
