A week ago I went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have a zipper 24" in length sewn into the pants. So I would be able to put my Prosthetic leg on and off easier. I was quoted a price by the female manager on duty, she also confirmed they had the zippers in the color I needed and in the length I needed. I brought my pants in payed to have them altered it was told I can pick them up today after 5:00 p.m.. I was called about an hour and a 1/2 ago, and told that they could not do the alteration at all. Their excuse was they did not have the zippers. Yet when I explain to the lady I was there and I saw the zippers she kept saying they did not have the zippers and could not do my Alterations. As to the fact they did not have the zippers. I told the lady I was there I saw the zippers and now they're saying they can't on the dam supposed to pick him up they lied either they did Not have the ability to do the alteration are they didn't want to ruin my pants that's fine and understanding if they had told me that in the 1st place I do not recommend them at all for anything now.
