This place is not open 24 hrs .. drove 35 miles to wash clothes cause it says open 24/7,...and it is closed

Needs zero stars! There is no one on duty to help. The machine took $7.50 from me. There are others in the laundry that also lost money. The contact number is the receptionist at Oschner LSU. Very unpleasant experience! Most of the machines don't work. The ones that do, take your money! read more

most machines do not work. Don't use laundry mats often but felt the machines had extremely small tubs and very expensive. It was very clean, and attendant was very helpful and nice. But will be checking out other places to use when needed. read more

Hey I just went to this location today for the 1st time and saw this place was absolute plan janky. The machines don't use hot water, the floors were filthy. The was no one there attend to customers. I witnessed a guy put his money in the machine for change and he lost his money and was not about to get his money back. One lady cloths did not dry on the first and she had to redry them a second a time. I saw a cigarette butt and plastic bag in a washing machine, machines are broken and rusted out and need to be repaired. There was no one on the site and that was a horrible experience read more

MAY 2014 - In Shreveport for business and couldn't find any laundromats... Asked a local barista at Rhino Coffee (a great local coffee shop by the way) where the best place was and he recommended this place. Clean, nice, air conditioned, and not in a terrible part of town. If you're visiting or live here and need a place to go - This seems like the place. The owners were nice and were cleaning the floors while I was here. read more

Filthy! My husband and I travel full time and were super excited to find this place was rated 5 stars! Unfortunately it must have gone down hill or something because it's filthy and there are roaches everywhere! The "water tray" thing they got going on smells like soapy rot and loaded with bugs. Clean facility with friendly staff and decent prices. 2.75 wash and 2 for dry on the small machines but they also have much larger machines for more loads. It's in a decent neighborhood, not as sketchy as most laundromats and there is a nice diner next door where you can grab a cup of coffee and wait. Overall good place to do laundry and an ok place to hang out, during the day, don't know about night time. The best thing about this place is the location! Clean and nice quiet atmosphere. Washers and dryers work fast! I do 6-8 loads of laundry in less than 1 hour and the place is 24/7 with keycard entry at night and you can't beat that. read more

Clean and roomy. Lots of different size washing machines. A bit pricey but worth a little more to find clean place with hot water. Operator is on property. Has change machine and soap dispenser. Even a few game machines. read more

My wife and I took a break from camping at Caddo Lake State Park to visit Margaritaville and get some laundry done. Found this wonderful place. It was very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. It's also in a cool little neiborhood with some interesting shops. read more
