From my first inquiry phone call, yesterday, to the gentleman who answered my questions (Walter Johnston), to the, SAME-DAY, Route Driver (Cameron?) meet-up/pick-up, to the--- NEXT DAY (No additional fee---RUSH JOB)... Azalea's first impression is stellar, in my book! Not only do the (DECADE-OLD) suits look brand spanking new ( i KNOW where the stains were!) the dress shirt, vest... everything else does too... they were delivered, as promised, the next day!!!!!!!! In FACT... an HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE the promised time. I've been a customer of another company for almost a decade... because my family uses them. I now have my own company of choice... Not too bad of a jump really, 60 cents in 15 years? I've never really had any issues with them doing anything wrong or making any mistakes with my clothes. They are one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest in town. The customer service is good. The turnaround is quick. 15 years, 60 cents and counting, and I'm still happily using this cleaner's services and will continue to do so. Also, I see they clean alot of military and law enforcement uniforms, so they must do a good job. Also, they won't take a credit or debit card for any job less than five dollars, so bring some cash with you.
