This dentist has been wonderful. Communication has been great. All questions have been answered by knowledgeable and courteous staff. The support staff have always been very friendly. The dentist has been very friendly, kind and reassuring. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. It is very busy and you may have to wait if you don't have an appointment but that is entirely reasonable. That is down to the volume of people wanting to use the service rather than a problem with the dentist. read more

I have been going to 24/7 dental for years. I felt comfortable and felt the staff was very kind. In February 2025 it was discovered I had a cavity. The office girl said I had a credit and there would be no charge. In July 2026 I had an appointment on July25, 2026 at 4 pm. The office girl said I was a week early the appointment is Aug 1, 2026, at 4pm. While I was in the office on July 25th, 2026, the office girl asked to update my information. She had my correct address and phone number. On August 1, 2026, I walk in and the office girl is different. I tell her my name and what time my appointment is. The office girl tells me I will be considered a walk in as I did not confirm my appointment. I asked the office girl, "How do you confirm an appointment when no one from this office called, emailed or text me." The office girl says, "Oh wait we do not have your phone number." I said that is impossible I was in here last Saturday and the girl updated it. I gave my phone number again. Then when I ask the office girl to tell me what address they have it's the wrong address. I give the office girl my correct address. The office girl informs me I cannot be seen today as I have a $7.00 outstanding bill from February 2025. Turns out the Feb 2025 visit was not fully covered by my credit. When I see the office manager, she keeps telling me about how it is an insurance issue. I repeated numerous times to her I paid out of pocket, as I did not have insurance. I paid the $7.00 and got to see the dentist. When I was taken to the back the medical assistant asked why I was here. I told her I had braces and the orthodontist wanted confirmation that he fixed my problem. The medical assistant responds with, "You don't have braces!" I responded very firmly "Yes, I do!" She moved herself over and made me open my mouth to confirm. Without warning the medical assistant tells me to open up and she tried to take an x-ray. She scratched my mouth and I told her to stop. I said I am only here to have the dentist confirm that the orthodontist fixed the issue. When the dentist came in, I told him about my horrible experience with the office. I said I just need you to confirm the Orthodontist fixed the problem so my braces can come off. The dentist confirmed the issue was corrected and he would let my orthodontist know the braces can come off. I go out to check out, and the girl throws her arms in the air and says, "Oh no, I am not ready for you! Go out in the waiting room." I sat and waited and the office girl opens the door and says, "Do you need to schedule an appointment?" I said, "No! I am never coming back!" She smiled and said, "Bye!" To be that careless with patients' personal information is so unprofessional. I will be finding a new dentist! read more

Beware of this place. My first visit as a walk-in, I waited three hours and was sent home with antibiotics. When I came back a few days later, I only wanted one tooth pulled, but the doctor wanted to pull all my teeth. I told him no, just the one. He smiled, numbed me up, and started pulling the tooth. I've had teeth pulled before, so I know what it feels like. He had the tooth almost out when he suddenly said, "I was hoping that wouldn't happen." Then he grabbed a grinder and started grinding. After a moment he said "Oh no," stopped, and pulled the tooth out. He set it on the table in front of me, and it had been ground round. When I left, I could feel a brand-new gap in my only back tooth that wasn't there before. I called a lawyer when I got home, but nothing came of it. About a year later that tooth started throbbing with pain. When I went back and told the nurse and doctor what happened, they didn't believe me. They hurt me again, took $100, and then said it would be another $400 to pull the painful tooth. Another time I waited three hours again. A man came in who had all his teeth pulled the day before. He was crying in severe pain, begging for help, and saying he had already paid. It was heartbreaking to watch. He was still sitting there when I left. Later they told me that doctor doesn't work there anymore. I can't imagine why. read more

Office staff is extremely rude with patients; without compassion or relevant experience & Minimal credentials/ certifications/ qualifications. Threatening to dismiss patients from the practice without good behavior; despite issues with office and or lab. Waiting hours past appointment time as office staff cannot meet supply & demand without falling behind. Dismissed from practice by retaliation of consumer complaint with scope for consumer law that applies. Admitted to their provider not able to meet requests within timely manor. Disputed bill for previous bill with Medicaid while forwarding to investigations as top priority; concerning quality of life with disabilities & trouble gaining weight... -Soft food diet. -Loss of appetite (disorder) -Speech impediment. -Self isolated -Deminished confidence with appearance. -Loss of employment due to distress. -Loss of license due to out of pocket costs. Having not had a dentist proccedure for about 27 years, I needed an emergency tooth extraction today, Dr. Ringenberg and his assistant were very comforting and explained the procedure to a dummy like me in terms I could understand. He was adimant that I was numb enough and I felt no pain at all. I will highly reccomend them to all I know. They got me in fast, took care of business and we were done. read more

Anderson Indiana office - My daugther was left for 3 days with nothing for the pain of having a dry socket from a tooth he pulled and nothing done except told to go to the ER. Seems pretty negligent of a dentist to tell his patient to go sit for hours in an already over crowded emergency room when all he had to do was call something in until he could see her on Monday. Also the receptionist that my daughter spoke with when calling to inform them of her dry socket told her "well you had a tooth pulled its gonna hurt." Not a pain pill seeking person would appreciate to not be treated as such! read more

N bleeding will see they fix that. I absolutely love this place. I've gone three times and each time they took amazing care of me and were extremely polite and kind. Local anesthesia wears off extremely extremely quickly for me and this is the only dentist that has believed me and made sure they numbed me fully. They are the only dentist I have ever gone to that I know they will listen to my needs and meet them. read more

after 5 fillings every single tooth one by one has had to get fixed by a different dentist. I've never had so many issues with my teeth and I'm only 20 with an okay dental history. Don't recommend. Ended up having to get 3 fillings redone and 2 root canals due to 2 of my fillings being done incorrectly. read more

My son went in work terrible pain..2 broken teeth and they did nothing but take xrays. They left him in pain. No antibiotics. No pain meds...they didn't even offer to numb it. Worthless trip. Awful experience. I do not recommend if you are in pain. They don't care. read more

First of all they have walkins on Sunday and hopefully you're not in excruciating pain because they will make you sit there for hours and they didn't explain how it works we were led to believe he would be seen if he was there on Sunday sat for two hours in pain and watched patients come and go. very bad communication on this place is part for how the walk-in policy works it's probably best if they can explain to their customers how it works you probably don't want them working on your teeth. read more

Let me start out by saying I've been here like 6 times in the past 2 months, so my first experience was getting an extraction with Dr.Gill it surprisingly went great, he did it fast and with ease, and gave me pain medication afterwards, no complaints towards him or the visit that time. So I go back because I have quite a few cavities, they took care of them all at once, but when I got home and ate a few hours later 1 tooth was still hurting like it did when I had a cavity, so I go back they say it's my bite, I get my bite fixed and while I'm there a different dental assistant I've never seen before says the girl messed up one of the cavities and it needs to be fixed, and I'm shocked and asked how she messed it up and am not told what went wrong just that it needed to be fix, so fast forward I get that cavity fix here we are like 2 weeks later and my tooth is still hurting this time it's 2 teeth mind you that were literally just filled not even a month ago, and I take a flash light to them and see 2 tiny brown holes on the filling she literally just fixed 2 weeks ago, and another hole on a different filling from less than a month ago, I've had ALOT of dental work done in my life and have never had to have a filling redone and the dentist Dr.RigenBerg didn't even come in to check it before I left so no wonder there'd still holes!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR FILLINGS REDONE ELSEWHERE!!! Not a good experience. I went in for dental pain and felt like the dentist didn't listen to my concerns, then referred me to a oral surgeon who didn't take my insurance. I went back for a teeth cleaning because the dentist said my teeth didn't look like they were in good clean condition during that visit. Next visit, the dentist didn't exam my teeth for the cleaning , polished and picked my teeth in the wrong order. I actually spent more time in the waiting room than the actual teeth cleaning. Now I have to wait to get an actual teeth cleaning in 6 months. Just a nightmare! read more
