I'm impressed. Moore-Berry Dentistry was like a warm home after a cold day. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The office is beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was my first time, and I was treated like a VIP. The team was incredibly efficient and was able to provide my cleaning effectively and easily. There were extra touches through the cleaning that made it feel more like a VIP experience than a standard visit to the office. Their pricing was comparable to the other places I had checked out, so the value and pricing were in line. I take that back, the value was greater than the pricing! My Hygienist, Cydney, was friendly and professional. The staff at Moore-Berry are wonderful. Even during the craziness that is COVID-19, they are as pleasant and helpful as ever. I've been a patient here for a little over two years. Dr. Berry has done five porcelain crowns for me and all of them are perfect. He has also planned out my treatment from the beginning and helped me track it every step of the way. I also want to say that no one ever pressures you. No one in this office has ever made me feel bad for the condition of my teeth or that I must get something done. They calmly and clearly explain their recommendations and let me schedule it as I can. Finally, they take a true interest in their patients. After my first visit, I received a thank you card in the mail. They also remember the details of my life when I come back in. I had 3 wisdom teeth to take out... they took out 4... had Some kind of reaction after a deep cleaning, canceled my second appointment. was told to still go just to check on the bad reaction. Highly recommended! Previous dentists have felt too aggressive in filling cavities, but at Moore-Berry they seem fairly conservative which I really appreciate. They also set aside time for emergencies so it's really easy getting in to see them. They offer same-day crowns which is a huge time saver. Overall, my experience has been excellent! read more

It is very hard to get an appointment at Moore-Berry. We've been going to this practice for several years. They've expanded their practice so much that they can't fit appointments for the patients they have and yet they continue to accept new patients. Any time you try to reschedule an appointment, it's always over 6 months in the future. I'm switching from Moore-Berry to someone else. read more

Best Dentist Ever! With over 60 years of seeing dentists around the country and around the world, the best is just a mile from home. Joshua Berry DDS is the total package. He is professional, of course, but so clear that he cares about his patients from start to finish and beyond. He even told me to call in the evening if any problems. Today, he did a crown in one sitting, complete from start to finish without having to return another day for the temporary crown to be replaced with the permanently crown. Instead, he used a computer device to map the site for the new crown and the permanent crown was crafted in the office using a high tech 3-D printer for crowns (and maybe other dental devices). The fit was unbelievable considering the short amount of time that it took, especially when compared to past crowns that had to be adjusted several times before leaving the office. This 3-D piece slipped on and with just a slight tweak the fit was perfect. To top this experience off, this was also the first time that I ever had a crown that didn't require that the area be numbed in advance. Dr. Berry did all the work pain free without medication. He works quickly and efficiently and it is obvious he is a well rounded expert in what he does. I am always amazed and pleased how good a job that he does in a short time. Dr Berry is the total dental professional assisted by a well choreographed office staff where all know what they are doing. I highly recommend Dr Berry and his staff. read more

Dr. Moore is great and probably the only dentist I've ever trusted. But it's very difficult to get seen and while I don't really base my judgement of a dentist office off of the quality of a receptionist, the receptionist is not very helpful or friendly. I'm willing to put up with a bad receptionist, less willing to go to a dentist that can't easily accommodate my schedule. If you're a busy person, probably not the dentist for you. read more

I took my daughter in for her 2nd ever dentist visit (we haven't had very good insurance before). When I walked in the lobby was clean, well-lit, had a new magazine selection, and receptionists was very kind. The paperwork had already partially completed for me based on what they knew about me when we talked on the phone and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes before they came to get her. Dr. Moore and the staff treated my daughter like the 5 year-old she is and helped her understand everything they were doing... she was just excited because she got to watch cartoons while they worked (which is what you should be excited about at 5 ;-). I hadn't been to the dentist in about 2 years and just had an appointment this morning with Dr. Moore. The hygienist was one of the absolute best I've had ever. She was simply amazing. I expected to come in and cringe and grab on to the chair as she pulled away at my gums, but there wasn't a single time where I needed to. She was gentle and I didn't believe her when she told me she was finished. I thought for sure there had to be another round coming of the rough stuff, but she was done. Simply amazing. Dr. Moore and his entire staff should absolutely be your dentist of choice if you live in the Indianapolis area. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know to this office no matter how long it's been since you've been to the dentist. A++ from me. I know you'll find the same when you visit. read more

I did wash teeth and several fillings at Moore-Berry Dentistry. It was fairly good. Then I got Root Canal Treatment done by Doctor Berry. After I relocated to another state I felt abnormal in my #4 tooth. X-ray shows there is a root which was missed during root canal causes the issue. So I need re-treatment or implant. That is so annoying not only because the cost of money but also the time. So I contacted with the front desk of Moore-Berry Dentistry. All they said was basically you need to go to a specialist get it redone and the cost is on your own. Because due to the capability of device or something they may miss the canal. Below is something what I found and just my two cents: 1, The most common reason for root canal failure is untreated anatomy in the form of missed canals. Our general understanding of tooth anatomy should lead the practitioner to be able to find all the canals. For example, some teeth will have two canals 95% of the time, which means that if only one canal is found, then the practitioner better search diligently to find the second canal; not treating a canal in a case where it is present 95% of the time is purely unacceptable. 2, Doing a root canal without a microscope greatly reduces the chances of treating the often difficult to find MB2 canal. Also, not having the right equipment makes finding this canal difficult. Not treating this canal often leads to persistent symptoms and latent (long-term) failure of the root canal. Using cone beam (CBCT) 3-dimensional radiographic imaging, greatly assists in identifying the presence of this canal. In addition, when a patient presents for evaluation of a failing root canal, the CBCT is invaluable in helping us to definitively diagnose a missed canal. 3, The bottom line is that canals should not be missed because technology exists that allows us to identify and locate their presence. If a practitioner is performing endodontic (root canal) treatment, he or she needs to have the proper equipment to treat the full anatomy present in a tooth. Although getting a root canal from an endodontist may be slightly more expensive than getting one from a general dentist, there is a greater chance of savings in the long-term value of treating it right the first time. So, next time any patient may need root canal, please go to endodontist, DO NOT do it with general dentist. They will tell you missing a canal is not their fault due to they not have the devices or something. Joel Liu read more

My wife has a deep fear of dentists due to some terrible childhood experiences with old-school dentists (restraints, pain, crying). Dr. Moore made special arrangements to come in a Saturday and perform deep sedation. It would be the only way she'd see a dentist. I've never had a dentist so caring and wonderful or thought this could ever be possible. He gently took care of several years of neglect for a terrified patient. Thank you! I've probably been to 6 dentists over my life this far and hope to never go to another. Drs. Moore and Berry focus fully on patient comfort, a pain free experience, and are great at explaining what they recommend and why. I've been to other dentists who when asked why a procedure was necessary, would show an X-ray claiming I needed cavities filled while pointing to perfectly white areas on teeth that clearly had no issues. Often I've thought my need for dental care corresponded only with a dentist's need to make his boat payment. Moore-Berry dentists are honest, warm and wonderful and the staff are all super pleasant. I drive 45 minutes each way and have never considered going anywhere else! read more

I would give Moore Dentistry 10 stars if I could. Every single person in the office made me feel relaxed and calm... After all, who REALLY wants to visit the dentist! I am a true wimp when it comes to the dentist and it takes me several years to return. I am here to tell you that I WILL return the dentist, but only to this dentist! In the chair, the assistant immediately pulls forward a tv screen to view. She was friendly and initiated conversation. The dentist was outstanding at telling me everything he was about to do and even would describe what feelings I may encounter (ie: you will feel a slight pinch when I do this) and was basically a cheerleader for me (which I totally need... again, because I'm a wimp.) The office is beautiful and is in a stand alone building that is very easy to get to. I am very happy with the work they did (a crown) and have already recommended this dentist's office to a few friends. read more

I've been at patient at Moore Denistry for about six months and wow am I ever glad I decided to give them a shot. Their service is outstanding, the staff is friendly and I feel Dr. Moore really looks out for your best interest. He was even kind enough to fix a cosmetic issue for me that took 5 minutes. My previous dentist suggested a $5,000 option, needless to say it was time for a change. I have been a patient at Moore Dentistry for 3 years, but a recent experience impressed me so much that I will NEVER even consider switching dentists. I received a call from Moore informing me that due to a change in my insurance carrier's policy, my routine procedure was not covered. Moore had already filed an appeal (which was unsuccessful). Because Moore felt they "should have caught the change," they told me they would be covering the cost of my cleaning. I expect my dentist to be an expert at teeth, not keeping track of insurance changes, so for Moore to absorb the cost of this was over and beyond my expectations. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years. I was scared that any dentist would try to push more dental work on me than I actually needed. The office was clean, calming, professional, state of the art. The receptionist was very friendly and the dental hygenist was wonderful. The dentist took time to get to know me and ask questions. He did not push anything on me. For what he did suggest he showed me detailed x-rays and pictures. No pressure. I would highly reccommend this dental office to anyone looking for one in the Fishers area. read more

If I could give this dentist office more stars I would. I was suffering from the worse tooth pain ever, and they got me in right away in the morning. I always panic when it comes to dentists, and add the pain onto my fear I was a blubbering mess. But the staff was so friendly, did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, very patient and understanding. Dr. Berry got me in, did an assessment and only recommended what would be best for me, keeping in mind my financial situation. I had to have two wisdom pulled and a molar, and he was AMAZING. Talking me through it, and making sure I was in no pain. It was incredible how quick he was getting the work done, yet keeping me calm. The staff was so nice, helping me get the financial aspects taken care of, and yet I knew their main concern was having me walk out with out any pain anymore. No longer do I have the same fear of dentists, and am more willing to go back to get the rest of my wisdom teeth pulled. Defiantly would recommend them to everyone.
