When I called value towing they answered right away and the driver was also very nice and responsive to my texts. I made the mistake of giving him the drop off address without stating North or South. Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window.
