After getting quoted $1,300+ at the Honda dealership to replace my windshield I decided to look else where. I thought most places would be crazy expensive because of the "camera recalibration." Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. I gave them a chance to make it right but they ignored. I messaged them on a Sunday night. I had gotten a chip on a rental that was due back the next afternoon. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. They were able to replace my window quickly and the convenience to do it at your location is a plus. Their price range was also reasonable compared to other companies. My only minor gripe would be the glass not being clean as it was a bit dusty but not a big problem as I can just clean it myself.
