I researched the reviews by other Customers and they outdid the other companies I checked. I was contacted back by Brian and later Omid quickly on Friday. They asked me to Zelle $25.00 on Friday by 3:00 pm to be able to have a windshield replacement ready for installation for Monday. We paid the rest by Zelle after the replacement was installed. They communicated with me by text and responded when I messaged or called them at their office. They told us they would message me an hour before they arrived. My wife met them at our home and they replaced the windshield, transferring all stickers to the new windshield. The car looks wonderful. They provided clear instructions on when to remove the small pieces of tape after 24 hours, not to drive over 70 mph or get the car washed for a week, and keep the windows cracked open for the first day. They were quick and there was no mess left. We already drove to work, 2 blocks away. The radio works perfect as I think part of the windshield has acts as an antenna as well as a defroster. In fact the new windshield looks cleaner than the 10 year old one that was replaced. I had seen the disclamer on their company site to provide excellent service to their customers. Stumbling on them from YELP, and using them for the first time, I have been impressed entirely. They appear to live that disclaimer. If I ever need this service again, I will come to them. I backed my van out of the garage WITH the tailgate up and blew out the rear window. "Ugh! This is going to be expensive and a pain in the derrière", I thought. I have never had to replace a window before. After some research (thanks Yelp!), I called Blue Star Glass. I received a fair price and surprisingly, a same-day appointment. The guys called ahead before they came out, just like they said they would; and they preformed the repairs in just under two hours; just like they said they would. Afterwards, they went over the window repair, explained what to do and what not to do while the window dried over the next few days. And that was it...Done. So, my first experience replacing a broken window went from "Ugh," to "Wow, that was easy" in less than 24 hours. Last Sunday my car 's passenger window was smashed. Mind you it's was Sunday and most Auto Glass Companies were closed, but not Blue Star Glass. The Rep on the phone was on the ball. He asked me to text images of the damage and the VIN # and within a few exchanges we were able to set up an appointment for the following day. The price was right, too! I was told by the Rep that I could expect the Installation Team between 12-7pm the following day with a call one hour prior to arrival. Like clockwork! This is a great company that doesn't mess around and gets your window tint done ASAP. I needed my wife's RAV4 done and was messaging several shops one afternoon to see about quotes for car window tint. I had previously had written a review from my windshield replacement and had stated that I didn't particularly care for the appearance of the rubber seal on the top of the windshield. The owner contacted me regarding my review (4 star) saying he absolutely wants every customer happy. He had his crew come back today and remove my windshield and install an OEM seal from Toyota. I offered to pay for the seal from Toyota but he wouldn't hear of it. His guys again did an outstanding job R&R the windshield for no charge! That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Blue Star Glass did an excellent job on replacing a broken window on the 2nd floor of my house. Blue Star Glass responded promptly and gave a reasonable price for the replacement. He took his time to measure the window and also took the time to install it correctly. He noted that all my windows were not low e (which I thought It was) and explained to me how to tell the difference. That was much appreciated!!! He made some recommendations and did not try to oversell the job. I would go back to them for more work in the future. Great experience with Blue Star tinting my car windows. Omid was incredibly quick to respond to my request for a quote and answer my questions. Omid was very helpful and quick to respond to all my messages. He was very knowledgeable and told me upfront what type of replacement glass I needed and the total amount for the installation. He worked around my schedule and even made last minute changes and bumped me up to an earlier appt time when I had an unexpected change in work plans. We jus moved here from California and had to have our car inspected to transfer license plates. We were very pleased with our service form Johnny who helped us out quickly. It was a breeze to get fix my windshield. The owner was real nice and arrange his technician within an hour of my call to come and fix it. The technician was well mannered and trained and took only few minutes of my time before the screen get fixed. I just finished up getting my windshield replaced and it was truly just a wonderful experience. All of our communication was done over text which was extremely convenient, especially with Covid. When they arrived they were wearing masks and had big ole smiles on their faces even though it was pouring rain. The communication was prompt and efficient. They provided best price of multiple quotes, AND explained why they are charging what they charge. On the morning of the install I could not find my car keys... So I called them and they rescheduled to do after my wife got home from work with spare key. Kept me informed, showed up when they said, were very prompt, and put in the windshield right. Explained all the needed care and left.
