Date: 12/23/25 Time: 8:56 PM I've been here a few times already. The washers are small for the price, but that isn't the issue tonight. I arrived with my fiancé, loaded our clothes, minded our business, and waited. The older attendant with red hair approached us with an attitude and raised her voice, commenting that our baby didn't have socks on and accusing us of being irresponsible, claiming our baby was suffering--even though she was wearing pajamas and a long-sleeve top and was warm and comfortable. She continued giving us dirty looks. About ten minutes later, my fiancé was hand-washing her sweater when the woman approached us again and accused us of sneaking in to wash the sweater. Do better. love the quality and value but the customer service is so poor. this lady has such an attitude. she told me i couldn't use the restroom because i wasn't a customer but she saw me do my laundry today 04/19/2026 i asked this lady if i can use the restroom and she gave me a look and just gave me a coin. i said thank u and she said ok with such an attitude. she was happy to talk to everyone else but me is a whole nother level of energy. read more

Today 4/27/26 i came to dry my pants for work I washed it at home really quickly and I came here to dry it I always do this, never had a problem no one ever told me anything but I guess today it was a problem.i put my pants in the dryer and less than a minute later a lady next to me told the worker that water was coming out from my dryer . I went to take my pants out and went to the sink to squeeze the rest of the water out , that I didn't squeeze out at home it honestly wasn't a lot of water. The worker clean it up I went to sit down after the worker came up to me and ask which washer didn't take all the water out of my pants . I was being completely honest with her and I told her . At first she came at me nice and then after I told her I didn't wash here she had an attitude. I just looked at her like why u giving me attitude for.there is literally no need for that. She proceed to tell me that's there signs outside that say I can't just dry here and that next time she not going to let me dry here but she was saying it with such an attitude. This was an older lady with red hair . I understand she was just doing her job in telling me but she doesn't need to tell me with an attitude. There is a way to tell people . I honestly didn't even see the sign. But the owners really need to talk to their workers. Honestly there was no need for her to give me attitude when I wasn't talking to her in any rude way. read more

never coming back to this place!! AWFUL customer service!! floors are dirty, trash EVERYWHERE. one of the 6 washing machines I was using wasn't dispensing soap, i let the employee working at the time know (it was a man) and suggested either refunding or placing another machine. he belittled me and humiliated me in front of everyone yelling at me and telling me it was the type of soap I had used (which wasn't true bc i used that SAME detergent in the other 5 machines, i used armor strong btw) instead of refunding or starting a new machine for me he told me to call the owner and didn't give me the phone number instead rudely pointed to the front where i was able to locate the # and when i asked for his name specifically he said i don't need to know it bc the owner knows him.. ridiculous. he doesn't want to help and doesn't do his job.. hire better staff when i called the number it went to voicemail and i left many messages, hope to receive a call tmrw ps i told the worker i would tell his boss about the trash on the floors and his poor customer service and he started cleaning right away (pics to prove) read more

So this is a 24 hour laundromat which is why it gets an okay 3 star rating from me. The attendants can get on my nerves as they can be helpful at times but I feel like they are always watching where you walk especially when they are cleaning. Every once in a while you get a machine that either doesn't work from the beginning or mid-wash the machine stops working, which has happened to me once. I've always gotten my money back, however, when the machine stopped working mid wash as well as when I fed the machine the money only to have it not do anything at which point I told the attendant I just spent my money and the machine isn't working. Normally on machines they know are not working they have tape covering up the coin slot so you cannot feed the machine any coins. Me and my son went to go get a massage at the massage chairs, then when the timer had barely finished I was waiting for my son and the worker (it was a women) there gave us attitude and kicked us off the massage chairs for no reason. Then I told her to go check the cameras that the timer had barely finished and she went to tell other people that we're washing about us and she was telling them lies about us this place needs better workers. read more

I come to this laundromat whenever I'm in LA, it's one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to. It's very hot today and the building is still pretty cool with nice airflow. I like that the vending machines are always stocked, it's spacious and has a lot of sitting room. Owner and his family are very nice. Has different TV's throughout the establishment. Quiet place to do laundry and chill out. read more

Overall it's an ok laundromat . The machines are always getting the coins stuck . The machine I used to wash my kids clothes had an awful smell to it and when I told the worker she gave my attitude. Both ladies that work there are always in a bad mood. The owner never gets back to you if you have an issue . For the price you pay they should at least consider getting back to you . read more

If I could give this laundry a negative rating I would. I'm so upset! At first I actually liked it because it's 24hrs but after coming here my 3rd time, most washing machines don't even work. They don't disperse water and the guy and old lady had an attitude when I asked for help since I wasted my soap and had to re wash all my clothes! WORST LAUNDROMAT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This is my 3nd time washing here. I all ways (get in and out.) Plenty of washers in different sizes and enough dryers to go around. I like that it's coin operated and not with a card that you have to prepaid. there's is televisions to watch if you don't have a cell phone to occupy your time. They have vending machines with soap and laundry needs one for candy and cookies and another for soft drinks they even have a fresh Poppin popcorn machine; which I love! FYI it needs more butter... Over all great place to wash, open 24hours and all ways a person on site cleaning. read more

This laundry mat is a fraud they look as if they work but most of the machine are broken, and especially tweakers show up the attends lack services is not till they want to help I couldn't even get my last couple of dollars back because there machine failed too water the load I wouldn't recommend this laundryman to anyone else read more

At First I thought this place was a good Laundry, but after 3 visits, machines don't have enough water for Pre-wash, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOU'RE CLOTHES PPL! The only plus I see out of this place is that it's open 24 hrs and there is parking in the back....but you will have to be adding water constantly to your're machine.! read more

The size of this 24hr laundry is perfect plenty of washers, dryers table to fold your clothes.They got a Bill Breaker machine so you dnt need the person in charge to break ur $5,10 or $20 dollars also machine to buy soap, detergent , Drinks and Candy . Benches And chairs to sit while clothes is done and best part Lots of parking However sometimes theirs homeless around so it makes it uncomfortable thats why i give it 4stars. read more

This place is awesome. I have a really busy work schedule where I'm usually only free late at night so it can be hard to run errands and get stuff done during the week. This place is perfect for me. Not only is it 24 hours but it's clean and tidy. There is always some one from the staff who is walking around sweeping, or checking that the machines are clean and ready for use. I've gone there at 11pm and left around 1am (I had a lot of stuff to wash) and I felt safe the whole time. I wasn't concerned that someone aggressive might come in or that my personal space would be violated. It's a very comfortable family friendly environment. I also loved that some street food vendors come in and offer their goods. Let me tell you if I'm doing laundry for a couple hours and someone walks by selling empanadas you best believe I'm buying some. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have laundry facilities in their home. read more

This place is great and the guy working here is super nice and friendly.only reason why I don't give it a 5 star is because of 2 reasons number one they don't have any place to plug in your phone if you need to charge it and they don't offer free wifi we are in 2018 come on most smaller laundry's around here offer free wifi this is a modern laundry and they don't even offer wifi come on. read more
