There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.

Cecilia informed me that I could not use the dryers unless I had also washed my clothes at the laundromat. I told her this was the first time I had ever heard of such a policy, as I have been coming to this laundromat for years and have always been able to use the dryers without washing my clothes there first. I explained that I was simply confused and wanted to understand the policy. She responded that she was only an employee and was informing customers of the policy. I then politely asked where this policy was posted within the facility so that I could review it for myself. Instead of answering my question, Cecilia became confrontational and began making personal remarks. She told me that I was "a very negative person" and said that I looked like "the type of girl who likes to fight." These comments were unprofessional and completely unrelated to my question. At no point was I being aggressive; I was simply asking where the policy was posted. I tried to explain that I was not trying to be rude and that I had never encountered this policy before. However, Cecilia repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and would not allow me to finish speaking. Her behavior was disrespectful and discourteous. At that point, I told her that I no longer wished to speak with her and instead wanted to speak with the manager or owner. I asked for the manager's or owner's contact information, but Cecilia refused to provide it. She told me that another employee who would be arriving later could give it to me instead. Because the conversation was going nowhere and she continued arguing with me, I walked away. I contacted the manager, explained what had occurred, and he acknowledged that Cecilia had handled the situation improperly and that she was in the wrong.

The older attendant with red hair approached us with an attitude and raised her voice, commenting that our baby didn't have socks on and accusing us of being irresponsible, claiming our baby was suffering--even though she was wearing pajamas and a long-sleeve top and was warm and comfortable. I would give it 5 stars but they need better dryers and more since the ones they have don't dry good enough. Another thing I would say is they need to have hand soap and napkins at the sink where you can rinse your hands. Also the restroom needs hand soap and napkins ! There's a man that works there on weekends he's a character he's cool and he makes the ambience fun and energetic in there playing all kinds of music that everyone can enjoy.
