Really shitty costumer service, I woke up at 4 in the morning to remind my mom that I needed a pair of black pants to be washed for an event that I had in two hours she washed the pair of pants but then I told her about this place so she got out a basket full of clothes and the wet pants that she tried to wash by hand when, we put the basket of dirty clothes in the washer and then the pair of pants to dry when a worker came up to us with attitude and told us we couldn't do that even though we had already paid9 buck for the 60lb machine that still had a lot of room so there wouldn't be a difference if we did or didn't wash the pair of pants at home we still would have paid 9$ for the machine and still have used the driers I'm 15 years old and felt like I had to write this experience read more

I LOVE this laundromat. I have came more than a handful of times in the night, sometimes leaving at 1 AM and I feel safe here. You'll actually see the laundromat staff on site. Free Dry if you have the dryer at least half way full. They have a Sneaker Washing Machine & Dryer for your shoes. They have a very small kids section with arcade games (not the old games, these games look pretty cool). It's always clean in here, they sell a lot of laundry supplies. Lots of snacks. I just like to do my laundry in peace and get out like most people. Until today, the owner (who showed no sign of customer service) hustled me out of a dryer while a man with tons of clothes was waiting. I get it lady, my clothes were 'done', I had just put them back in because they weren't dry enough because the dryers don't dry that well. I get it lady, he probably paid more because he either has super big family or just doesn't do his laundry enough. All the dryers are always full. You could've probably handled the situation a little better. I think I'll check into another one of the million Lavendaria's on Pico next time. And I'll bring my friends too! Thx read more

I usually come on Saturday mornings, there is not many people. This place started very well, it's a new business, but slowly it's being going down hill, the place is dusty, no one is supervising the dryers, people are putting just a few garments others are waiting for a dryer, the glass top tables are dirty. I love this laundry but they have got to do something about their smelling washing machines they have a terrible odor that I personally think they should take care of. I've gone to other laundry mats and their washing machines don't have an odor as much as the ones in this place. This place sucks, don't come here! ... Awesome new neighborhood laundromat. OPEN 24hrs. New machines, FREE DRY. The late night attendant Roberto is super friendly and helpful. Unlike the other laundromat around the corner. I go late night, all the machines work great. They have massage chairs, coffee machine, nice restrooms, music isn't too obnoxious. The machines cost more but you get FREE DRY so it makes it is worth it. The only thing is I wish they had some top loading washers that cost less then $3 per load. Other then that they have a lot of machines. And free parking in the back. read more

I have had three people come up to me, while I am wearing headphones and trying to shove clothes into the washer/dryer, literally shoving their food/bootleg DVDs/stolen jewelry into my face while I'm trying to do my laundry in one hour. They will not leave me alone. I'm not coming back. Further, this place is no longer clean, ever. Every surface is sticky and the floors are disgusting. the salvadorian lady who works graveyard shifts is awful. Roberto the owner needs to review the camera to check on that employee. i had an altercation with her over 6 months ago and i decided to give it another try. while i waited for my machines to dry, she started yelling at 3 elderly customers. telling them that they needed to stop walking back and forth becshse she was going to mop and she had work to do. i stood up, and i told her she should talk to elder people that way. she looked at me and walked away. i felt bad and approached them and asked if they were ok. she then sent the guy who had keys to tell them to take out their items out of the machines becshse they were going to be used. it was 2AM, with no more than 5 people there, and he wanted them to take out their clothes just because she wanted them to. she is horrible and is always looking at you like if you're doing something wrong. if she doesn't like her graveyard shifts maybe she shouldn't work there. read more

This laundry started off very well. Great service, they greet you in the parking lot with laundry carts and all. But I've noticed an awful smell inside the machines. The smell before putting in my clothes makes me gag i have to smell the machines to see which one is less smelly. It smells like old eggs, wet clothes, and once it even smelled like a short circuit (my blankets smelled burned) in a WASHER! It's very rare to find a washing machine that doesn't smell awful. SMELL THE MACHINE BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR CLOTHES IN. I've experienced this with the 40lb and 60lbs machines. Hopefully they can resolve this issue soon or I will be going to a different laundromat. read more

Had a HUGE HUGE HUGE amount of laundry to do. Like 4 months worth of laundry, like buying new underwear because we ran out of clean pairs, amount of laundry to do. Came to this laundry mat and immediately greeted by the nice attendant with two roll carts before me and my boyfriend could even open our trunk to get the process started! I was so surprised because most coin laundry don't let you take carts out, let alone bring them to you... the facility was cleaner than any public establishment I had ever seen and they have well stocked and well priced vending machines, massage chairs, and a variety of big and small washers. Oh yeah and the real bonus FREE DRYING ! I highly recommend! read more

I usually come at night but this time I decided to come in the morning .. the morning staff is horrible , I parked and like 15 min later they made me move because my car was to big . Never had that issue before .. the lady with blonde pixie cut is the worst she's like watching your every move ... Tthis wash and fold and service is amwzing. My current job can be stressful at times and when i come home the last thing i am thinking about is washing clothes, so my clothes really accumulated and I dreaded taking them to the laundry matt and washing them myself. So i looked up a laundromat that had drop off services available and this was the closest one to my job that had good reviews. I dropped off two big bag of clothes around noon and when i got off at 4 they wete ready. When i got home i was amazed on how nice and prrfect they were folded. I just like the fact that it's big, plenty of parking , the staff is very help full they help you take your cloths from the car and to the car. It has a special place for kids to watch tv to keep them entertain . They have candy vending machines, sodas, coffee, ice cream , popcorn. Loading bay style parking for easy transport of laundry to/from car and facility, and a big open space inside. The establishment is very clean, and even in the summer heat, not too hot. There are ample change machines and bill changers, and even an ATM on site (be sure to check the fee schedule for the ATM). On top of all this, this facility offers FREE DRY. Not the "Free dry only in these 6 machines and everyone waits for hours" kind of dry either. ALL the dryers are free. If you need to do a lot of laundry all at once (and I needed to do just that), this is a great place to get the job done. Unfortunately, like most of the great 24 hour laundromats in L.A., there's not much in the area to keep you entertained while you're waiting for your clothes. Bring a book, or be prepared to bury yourself in your phone for a few hours. If you're going to do your own laundry, this is a good place to do it. read more

This is my new favorite laundromat in all of Korea town! The machines are brand new including new technology dryers. The drying is free because the machines are heat moisture dryers with four options to choose from. Heat option #3 being the most recommended. The dryers should be halfway or completely full otherwise it will be a penalty charge of $1. The customer service is outstanding!!!! A gentleman assist you with loading and unloading your bags as soon as you pull into the parking lot ! Oh yes, there's parking made available in the back too, which it a huge plus. The facility is immaculate with clean large restrooms and plenty of vending machines! The owner took the initiative to give away Mother's Day gifts too!!! It's very apparent how well thought out the laundromat amenities were implemented. There's a complementary coin cup to hold your change when you get change!
