The service was one of the best my father and I have ever had with any company. Rhonda was so sweet and attentive throughout the process of filling out paperwork and sending payment documents. I also appreciated that he was wearing facial covering (as was I). One minor complaint: I wish I had been warned that the area was going to be completely blocked with plastic until he finished the following visit. My master bathroom sink was inaccessible... along with all the medications that I have on the counter, and my master closet was blocked off so I luckily had laundry fresh out of the dryer that I could use. Long review, usually I don't say this much about something but this team really impressed me. And in the photos, ignore the soaps, etc. Just look at the tub rail where the sliding doors were and then the new.....Impressive Ok, so to begin this I am let's say "frugal" who isn't in these times!? However, having bought a new house with an old guest bathroom something had to give. Either a lot of my time and money, or the help of Rhonda and Erik. I chose the latter, and that brings me to leaving this review. I did my research, and found 24 Hour Bath to be the best priced and they offer a long term warranty on the work as well. So after a few conversations with Rhonda, and we confirm a date and time Erik shows up (on time and he sent a text prior saying he was on his way.) He reviewed the area, and confirmed the work to be done would be as quoted. And then he went to work, a few hours later I get a message he is done for today and will return tomorrow to complete the buffing and clean up. I get more confirmation messages (always nice when someone is working in your house) that he is returning. He shows up, finishes and it looks great. We had sliding shower doors that had been there for years (I'm guessing) and it looked rough prior to the finished product. I was going to be "Frugal" again and re install the old hardware. With the way the work turned out, I'm now going to install new fixtures to match the new looking shower/tub combo. Again, Rhonda and Erik were amazing. My tub and tile walls are going on 45 years old and had an old sliding glass door I wanted removed.
