I've come here with my gf, as a guest, a few times. I can only really speak in the locker rooms, machines, weights, and cardio equipment. Every time I've come, the locker room has been clean. You bring your own lock but sometimes, if I'm not carrying much, I'll just have my stuff on the floor with me. The treadmills are decent. There area few older ones I prefer not using, but in the early evening, it's a hit or miss, because they get pretty filled up. Weight training is great. They have a few locations on the floor for Olympic bar work. I was able to perform my pyramids sets with an ease of adding and removing weights. During peak time, however, it can be difficult finding a spot. You might find yourself having to wait and adjust your workout due to what's available. All in all, the gym fits my needs and I will look into a possible membership. I like that they're 24 hours. I have a current rotator cuff injury, so I will be waiting until I get the go ahead, to begin my future modified workouts. read more

After few months of rehab at a hospital and rehabilitation center because of open heart surgery, I joined this gym because of price point, swimming pool and closeness to me. After coming here for a month I must admit that there hasn't been any unpleasant surprises, staff has been professional, energy is all around positive and there's cleaning supplies all around which most people use after using equipment. This is a horrible place to swim laps, much worse when I first gave it a 2-star review in Jan. 2025. You're told the pool is open and you won't get thrown out while swimming laps, and very often lifeguards don't show up and the pool is closed, sometimes when you've only been in the water for 20 minutes. They refuse to set up an email system to warn you when the pool is closed, and sometimes the receptionist doesn't show, so even if you call in advance, you can't find out what's going on. The ageist aquatics director, "Commissioner" Gordon, wouldn't even let seniors like me do a cool-down lap, much less apologize, the last time this happened. The men's locker room is boiling hot in the summer, and so cold in the winter that if you go outside with layers of clothing when it's 10°F outside, you feel downright warm compared to when you walk into the locker room in wet bathing trunks. Female cleaners come in to sweep the men's locker room while men are changing. I presume that must be because the male cleaners are too busy cleaning the female locker room! The manager, Jeremy Traverso, couldn't be bothered to answer my last email, much less set things right. I don't know how badly the rest of their offerings malfunction, but I'd avoid this customer-unfriendly self-serving business if there are any alternatives. I noticed some funny behavior recently by staff as well as members. In June 2025 two staff members were kissing each other while working the front desk. No big deal, even if this may not be corporate approved behavior. Love what you do ... In July, at the pool, a female staff member left to change from her swimwear and returned in shorts and T-shirt. She was not wearing a bra. Then she turned to the male life guard and was jumping up and down bouncing her breasts in front of him. Certainly, some people enjoy work. Have fun! On another day, one female member was taking another female member's pictures in the hot tub. Not strange per se, if the target would have not been both uncovered butt cheeks while she was pushing her behind out of the water. Cool, as John Oliver would say! As to normal occurrences: Soap is often low in the showers. The hot tub mostly (and pool) could be cleaned better just above the water line on the tiles. The steam room sometimes does not operate. There does not seem to be a automated control for the chemicals in the hot tub. Manual intervention has been required in the past two years. Last week the entire club was out of paper to wipe down equipment. read more

The place is filthy and understaffed. Two Sundays in a row opened late. The pool area on any given day might be closed due to lack of staff. Machines go for years with scotch tape on them. The elevator for pool access has been out of service for three years. Tired of coming expecting the pool area to be open and it is closed. Just renewed membership. Big mistake on my part. Nice Gym. Nice People Go there, Nice people Work there. I go there for the facilities on the on the first floor that has a non working elevator. Elevator to the Pool and Sauna , Steam Room and Jacuzzi have not been working for at least 5 months. Many older clients with limited mobility and knee problems struggle to walk down a long flight of stairs to get to the facilities and then the same long flight of stairs to get up back. Also, numerous times the Jacuzzi has been closed for days. The management shows no concern about getting it fixed or get the PH right and making sure the clients receive services they promised. I did speak to the manager about a month ago and he has not done anything about rectifying the problems. This gym is badly managed and it violates the ADA Regulations. Hope they see this review and make some effort to correct the problems. read more

There are many issues at this location. I am a member going on 7 years and it has degraded considerably. Them maintance of the facility is horrible the men's locker bother upstairs and downstairs smell of urine everyday .. and isn't cleaned throughout the day .. the gym itself isn't clean throughout the day . There are overfilled trash bins with paper from members wiping down the equipment while the rolls for Said papers to wipe down equipment being empty more times than not. The only exception for many of my fellow member are the group training classes for cycling that is taught by Mr Edgar Mr Gregory and Mrs Alma are amazing except the gym degraded the classes by removing the monitors from the cycling bikes instead of fixing them lower it's standards .. I currently go to this gym and it's very unsanitary. I was using their guest lockers for a while and noticed that I started getting a bad rash around my neck when I'd wear my scarf afterwards. The rash was spreading across my neck down to my chest area. It was red, bumpy and at one point I thought I had got hives. So I stopped using the guest lockers and just bring my bag with me on the gym floor - guess what, the itching stopped and my skin is starting to clear up. Also, there's barely ever any paper towels in the dispensers! The fans DO NOT WORK! What FINALLY made me write this is the other day I was working out and this girl turned on the fan behind me in the workout room and that thing started creaking so loud! I kid you not I got scared for my life because what if one of the blades had dropped off it would have been a scene from Final Destination. As much as this gym costs these things should not be an issue. It's only because the bus takes me straight here otherwise I'd find a different gym. Treadmills are SO close together and there isn't many. Place gets super packed around peak times which is given, but even worse when the cardio section is so crammed. Pay more at LA fitness and completely worth it. Also, you have to be a NY resident in order to use the free day pass which is not stated online. One of the Spanish male trainer is hot headed and unprofessional. H e doesn't know how to communicate with clients. He was unprofessional in the way he told me to put my weights back. Putting weights back has ever been an issue, i was rushing to get another machine that was hard to get.Had he approach me respectfully, i would have had no problem and explained i was rushing. When i matched his energy he became verbal aggressive and another staff came over to ask me " but did he curse at you though?" which was not an appropriate question. She needs to be trained on deescalation and conflict resolution. Unprofessional bunch. When i spoke with the Manager Greg, he apologized but you could tel it was just to dismiss it. That dumb fuck would never never step to me if my man was there.He had energy for me and he heard my mouth. He gave small dick energy and all the dicks i have had in my life have big big so i cant relate to that type of energy.BTW those trainers are not even in shape, please be a role model to the people who come in those doors. What a nice, clean gym!! Kudos to 24 Hour Fitness for building such a nice, large space in southern Westchester county. This place is spacious and features all the latest, greatest fitness equipment, amenities (e.g., towel service), and fitness programs. Plus, all the staff is super nice and accommodating. If you are into weight training or high intensity interval training (like CrossFit style exercise), this location has all the equipment you will need to get a great workout. They also have tons of cardio equipment of all types (treadmills, elliptical, etc.). If you are into group exercise classes, there is plenty for you as well, including Les Mills classes (BodyPump, BodyCombat), Zumba, etc. They even have a rocking spin room! Is this the best gym I've ever been to? Definitely not. Is it the most convenient gym I've ever been to? Not really. Why do I go? It's close, it's clean and has ample parking Despite it being a 24 hour fitness, they close at midnight because of local laws not allowing it run 24/7. If you have knee issues/leg/foot issues just beware that this place is on the second floor of a shopping center. They do have escalators and an elevator but there have been times where neither were functional. Again, not a huge deal, but I unfortunately do suffer from some foot injuries that I'm still trying to recover from. The weights are never set in their designated places and the crowd is very mixed. I don't mind the diversity at all and you'll have your fair share of Instagram models here if that's your sort of thing. It's really busy here from 5pm till close. I think international chest monday is something that has not been adopted at this gym since it's relatively easy to get a bench. I've been a member here shortly after they opened but am embarrassed to say that I've taken a few long breaks in between due to an accident. They have a pool, the locker rooms are OK and the men's bathroom is pretty terrible. They also have a weird yearly renewal fee which makes no sense to me but it is what it is I guess. read more

Have to agree with the most recent negative reviews. The jacuzzi has been out of order for over a month now, and things are only getting worse. According to official notices posted at the gym, two of the four pool lanes are being closed down and lifeguard hours are being cut. This sucks as the pool was the main reason I signed up for this gym. This past weekend, the effects of these decisions became immediately apparent. Everyone that wanted to use the pool was crowded into those two remaining lanes, and people who wanted to do some serious laps were crowded in with those that just wanted to float around and socialize, with many more hanging out on the sidelines waiting for the congestion to ease up. Please reconsider this mess, 24 Hour Fitness. If you're interested using the pool or other facilities , I can't recommend this location at this time. I'm going to cancel. read more

I joined this location in January. They had a different staff, very friendly and the gym was clean. After 7 months, my five star review drops to three. The customer service in the front went from three attendants to sometimes none. Don't try to ask a question, no one will know. I have literally walked right through. The steam room is broken again twice in 1 month the sauna room wood is nasty . The place would be ok if the rule was informed. People come from working out and then come to the pool , sauna stream room with out wear the right clothes with out taking a shower that shouldn't be . The life guards don't care they sit around on there phones not looking what's going on . The board of health needs to come ! No1 wipes the machine down the 2 cleaning guys who are there Monday through Friday u don't see them doing much. NO cleaning person on the weekend there should always be a cleaning person . When U sign up they don't tell u the truth about the gym they should u around like it's a clean as it everything is working. One pool is only working the other one hasn't been working for months now . Locker room , bathroom are nasty dirty all the time. This gym location is closing 15 minutes early because the staff members has to " clean up". Clean up shouldn't cut into paying members time. When I signed up at this specific location it was because it was very close to home and had hours that worked with my schedule. Now due to covid they are closing 2 hours earlier. I'm trying to make this work by rushing from my office to here. I get in by 8:10 leaving me technically 50 minutes for a work out. If they're going to close 15 minutes early to clean that gives me 35 minutes. I'm not responsible for the mess of other members. This isn't what I signed up for. I cannot make it to other locations. I visited this location after signing up for a 3 day pass online. When I arrived with my pass I was greet by two friendly and helpful staff members at the front desk. I was then instructed to completed a brief questionnaire and then directed to another staff member seated at group of tables. At this point is when the level of customer service took an abrupt nose dive! The "person" that I was handed off to initially introduced himself to me but his name I can't recall (it maybe Mike). But I do remember that he was a heavy set male that appeared to a black/African American (not sure which he prefers). I personally was surprised that I wasn't allowed to experience the gym before being attacked with an immediate sales pitch and I stated this to him. He obviously did not like my question and raised his voice quite a few decibels to ask loudly "How am I attacking you?!!". How rude, ridiculous and unprofessional! As a customer service representative you should be capable of addressing all customer concerns without raising your voice like a lunatic. As if he could see I was about to explode literally he quickly handed my paperwork over to his co-worker David Ruiz. I thanked him for doing that. Clearly he wasn't very smart-no common sense or customer service skills-but he was smart enough to back down. He knew enough to realize I was NOT gonna be a possible sale for him. In fact I saw David handle all of the membership inquires the rest of the time I was there. I never saw that barbarian interact with another customer while I was there. I must say that I was a bit disgusted that no one addressed him about him raising his voice to a customer which is why I gave such a low rating. I don't care what your company looks like or offers-a high level of customer service is everything in my book. Good customer service says that you actually give a damn about your customer and not just there money. Truthfully! I have used passes for several gym companies throughout the years but I have NEVER encountered any fitness company that hits you with the sales pitch first. Usually your allowed to actually use the pass before before being asked to sign a contract. Personally I found it tacky and it made me suspicious. Especially after dealing with crunch and it's deceptive practices and lack of customer service. I had to complain to the BBB before Crunch addressed any of my concerns. I expressed the same thing to the new representative but he didn't explode but was honest in his explanation. He answered all of my questions and even some I didn't ask. The gym itself was better than any I've ever joined before. I also liked that they offered virtual classes which allows you to take a classes on your own if there is none scheduled. I was also told that a pool was being built but in my years of experience with gyms -I've heard that song before. Reading some of the older reviews that pools has been coming for a longtime now. I decided to try this location rather than my normal location in Scarsdale, NY. The lady at the front desk took a while to come to the desk being I was trying to purchase something. She came over very lazy-like while using the hypervolt on herself checking out the other customers in front of me. She didn't look me in the eyes nor the other customers, she also ignored customers yelling "Have a good night!". Later on I asked Judy the personal trainer along with another lady she was standing next to if they had a certain type of band I could use. They acted like I interrupted their conversation and barely shook their heads no and just stared at me so I said "Thanks." And walked away. Very rude. I decided to go into the Studio in the corner where I wasn't near anyone. A class didn't start yet but I was in the middle of workout while a class of a few people were gathering (no where near me) started yelling at me saying I couldn't be there while a class was going on (class didn't start yet). Some words of advice: Be polite like the staff in Scarsdale, be useful and hire people that look a little bit motivational. Be like the location in Scarsdale. read more

Biggest gripe, is that it is dirty. Locker rooms always have garbage on the floors. The men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting, almost always. You can tell that the floors probably get mopped once a month and the urinals probably never got cleaned, truly nasty. You see the actual dirt build up on the bathroom floors. I noticed some machines that have been broken for months at a time. The patrons have an issue with putting weights back after they use them.
