Words fall short describing the professionalism, human empathy and caring Steve displayed for me, in an awkward and rather desperate moment visiting the Tucson area. I shall skip the minutia of detail, except to say from the moment I spoke to Steve early Monday, morning July 23rd 2018, he made himself available for me after listening to my predicament. Steve met me, later that morning, cleared his calendar for the day to assist me. He agreed to drive me to a very remote location ( 1.5 hrs) each way, so that I may retrieve personal property and return back to Tucson, and catch a flight out Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. Steve not only drove me to the location but also comforted me in my distress. We spent hours that day, and I am convinced he is an Angel, I have no words to express my gratitude to Steve and his company, he had to no need or obligation to do all he did for me, yet he did out of the goodness of his heart, he is truly an exceptional individual, that one rarely encounters . He went so far as to buy me dinner and literally take my luggage to my room at 12:30 pm that night, having spent the better of 12 hours with me. To anyone, considering the services of a driver in the Tucson , Arizona area, you will not find a more professional, caring and considerate company than Steve's. You will need not consider any other service and if this were not enough to convince you , his rates are the best in town with the white glove treatment that you will receive. Although it did not work out for Steve to help us with the transportation needs for my Mom this time, he went way out of his way to do everything possible to accommodate her, and worked diligently to find other solutions. We ended up not needing the transportation, but I am so extremely grateful to Steve for his incredibly kind personality and extraordinary actions during a very challenging time. He is such a professional and caring person. This is a Top notch cab company. We rode into Tucson on Amtrak. We were to arrive at 6:45pm and Amtrak was delayed 5.5 hrs. We arrived around 12:40 am the next day. Steve did a professional job of keeping with our where we were at all times. Steve stayed in constant contact with me and Amtrak. When we arrived at 12:40 Garrett was there waiting on us with a sign with my name on it. Garrett got us to our hotel quick and safe. Garrett was very professional. Thank you Garrett! Saturday morning we were to leave out hotel on to Amtrak. Steve contacted me an hour before it was time to pick us up and I told him we would be ready before our 6:30am pickup. He arrived at 6:15 and we were on our way. Steve got down at Amtrak and gave us a little tour and history of the place and took photos of us with our cameras. I recently needed a ride from Oracle to the Tucson airport to catch an early flight. I called less than 24 hr before my flight left & Steve assured me that a driver would pick me up on time for a very early flight the next morning. Steve called me back later that evening to let me know that Carlos would pick me up & call me when he was on his way. Carlos called & even arrived early. He was so professional & courteous! I felt safe & comfortable & enjoyed our visit to the airport When I returned home, I received an email from Steve stating that he had given me the wrong rate that he provides for residents in the neighborhood where I was visiting. He promptly sent me a refund in a money order for the adjusted amount! Wow! How awesome! What a surprise! Couldn't have asked for a better guide than steve. He is polite, down to earth, cultivated and most importantly a good human being: the location where he was supposed to drop me off turned out to be innacurate, and had steve drove away after dropping me off, i would've ended up walking for blocks, in the dark in a city that i had never visited before. Who knows what would've happened. Instead, steve insisted he'd wait until i got in safe, called the hosts of the guest house from his phone because mine wasn't working correctly, redrove me to the correct location, helped me search in the dark for the correct house number, and once found waited until I got inside. I can't say enough good things about Steve. I flew from Sacramento to see my elderly sister and brother-in-law in Green Valley, AZ. When I was making my flight arrangements I was concerned about airport shuttle services. I contacted 24hr Express for information. I got Steve. He was amazing. He was there in Tucson ahead of time to make sure I was not waiting by myself after dark. He had a cup of hot chocolate waiting for me. He took me to my sisters front door. When we got ready to leave Green Valley on March 9th, he was on time to take us to the airport. He bought my elderly sister and brother-in-law and myself a giant chocolate bar for our flight. I live in California and had to find a ride for my son when he arrived by bus in Tucson. I called a few companies, and was stunned with the driver Steve of 24hr Express. Steve not only spoke with me by phone, but spent a great deal of his own time, researching for information about Tucson area, to help ease my son into the area he was going too. The Greyhound was 6 hours late, but Steve monitored the bus tracker and arrived on time to pick him up late at night and deliver him to his new destination. We've been riding with Steve for years and are very happy with him and his friends. He is reliable, organized and happy to share his knowledge about any subject -- which we very much enjoy. Also, he is very flexible and able to accommodate our occasional flight delays. We schedule our pickups on line and get confirmation via email. In addition, he responds to text and phone calls. His vehicles are comfortable and if he occasionally can't make it, he immediately finds another driver to take care of us. Unlike some drivers, he drives at a normal speed and has his eye on the road at all times. This company charged me $17 to travel 2 miles. I got no receipt and when I called to inquire about the exorbitant rate when I checked my bank statement, the man pretended not to speak English well. Do NOT use these rip offs.... also goes by AZ Taxi and Car Service...RIP OFF! They also are at the top of some search engines. 602-606-7560 and 520-284-7353 are the phone numbers to steer clear of. Will be spreading the news about these rip off artists when there are legitimate cab companies and UBER around. Will also be reporting them to the BBB as they had no rates posted and were very slick when they ran my debit card. RUN the other way if you call these crooks by mistake. read more

Steve was absolutely wonderful! My now husband did not reserve a taxi to the airport for our wedding/honeymoon in Las Vegas and we needed a last minute ride to the airport. Steve was gracious enough to provide last-minute transportation and was very personable and sincere. He even sent us a sweet article with newlywed advice and offered us a blessing on our upcoming nuptial. He told us to let him know our returning flight number so he could ensure that he was at the airport on time to pick us back up. Steve was a hero! Enterprise closed early last night at the airport leaving me abandoned as I moved to Tucson. I therefore needed a ride with a lot of luggage desperately. No Uber or Lyfts available for such a big load of luggage. Steve kept in regular contact and picked me up, loaded the town car, took me to my motel and unloaded everything in the most polite and professional manner possible. Pet friendly!!! Very accommodating and considerate driving service. I needed to get my sick cat to the vet and live out of state. My husband had our only car in Phoenix for work and couldn't make it back in time prior to the vet closing. Steve fit me in to his schedule, opened car and building doors for me since I had my hands full with the pet carrier, waited until my kitty was seen/given medication and then drove me back to our RV.
