I checked the spot out on a Tuesday night after hanging out in culinary Dropout with a friend of mine in town visiting. He doesn't drink anymore, so hookah is his thing. And because I had not tried any spots out since my return to Phoenix, we decided to use Yelp to find this place. As hookah lounges go, I found this one to be super chill, but pretty spacious and accommodating. Service was on point, as we got to the location after 10 P.M. and were still properly greeted and served as soon as we walked in. It is a self seat environment with multiple lounges and TVs. Some of the TVs even have PlayStation and Xbox set up on it if that's your thing. My homeboy actually played a little bit of FIFA with somebody that was already hanging out while we sat there and talked for a while. They have a wide selection of drinks, juices and sodas, but I didn't see any food selection, so I would definitely prepare accordingly. came in today with two friends (three of us total). I ordered one hookah for myself; my friends don't smoke and planned to just order drinks. The server insisted their policy is one hookah per two people, so because we were three, we "had to" order two hookahs. I explained--twice--that I was the only one smoking. He didn't care and kept pushing the second hookah. When I asked who was supposed to smoke it, he stared at me and said, "I'm going to leave for a minute so you can decide what you want to do." I like to get out and smoke a hookah every now and again with my friends, and we decided to try a new hookah spot! I really liked the setup. It's very open, it has a lot of TV's and I love the lighting. Colors are very inviting and the service is decent. We had to wait a little while for our hookah to come, and they didn't change the coals very often but overall it was really good service and the hookah was fresh. I hadn't done hookah since high school, so when my friend kept insisting we go, I thought, "Why not?" Conveniently, it was right next to the sushi restaurant we were at, so it was an easy decision. The lounge was quiet, and we were served right away. They set everything up quickly, and since there were three of us, we had to get a minimum of two hookahs, which is their policy. I have been going here for years and there's obviously a reason for that. Oh gosh--where to start...the vibes are just perfect. The lounge is clean, customers are friendly and kind, and the service is absolutely incredible. All the staff is phenomenal but above all, Richie takes such great care of me. He never fails to greet me with a smile and brings out my order right away. I've come here after a bad day and he just knows how to say the right thing to put a smile on my face. I had a good time here the only thing is they don't serve alcohol. There's lots of other drinks and snacks for purchase though. You can order food and have it delivered to this place. There's lots of couches and it's a pretty big place. I just really wish they served alcohol. There's also lots of hookah flavors that you can mix and match.
