I attended 26Health for a women's empowerment event called "In Full Bloom" this past weekend focusing on mental health and wellness. It was such a lovely and wonderful event that included varying activities, panels, and open discussions on varying topics involving mental health and wellness. The event was not only engaging but enriching. We were left with a feeling of being truly affirmed, heard and most importantly, SEEN. For women, living in a "man's world," it is vital to have spaces where we not only feel safe, but we must also have the opportunity to be heard and seen! So, I thank the 26Health crew for creating a space to be heard and seen! In addition to that, I also got to learn a bit more about 26Health and their impact within the community. The staff were amazing and kind. Again, I felt safe and welcomed and more importantly I learned about a healthcare provider in the community that helps all regardless of insurance status. They offer STD/STI testing, free of charge. Free birth control options (like condoms). Free test strips to test for drugs, etc. They also offer mental health wellness programs and solutions. While I cannot personally speak to the quality of care provided if you attend 26Health as patient, I can at least note, that based on the event I attended, they put the utmost care and respect into all those they work alongside with. I'll definitely be recommending them to peers (or just anyone I know) looking for an affordable alternative to healthcare and mental wellness in the local Orlando community. read more

I've never had any problems with this office! Dr. Rowe and any of the nurses and staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and actually cared about my situation and what I need as a patient. There WAS a hiccup with one of my appointments where I was not given a date for my bloodwork, so I arrived to the scheduled appointment and they could not see me since I had no recent bloodwork, but they got me in as soon as possible to take care of it. I have no experience with their mental health services, but ever since ai moved to Orlando I have been going here based on a recommendation from my friends and have no regrets :) read more

I would advise stealing clear of this business if at all possible. The office staff are very unsure of themselves, unprepared, unaware, and seem to have no training at all. The medical assistant I saw had a nice energy but he seemed like he'd never used the computer system or talked to a woman before and it made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The doctor saw me and said she would request my records from my other doctor and get back to me. A week went by and I heard nothing so I went into the office physically to speak to the manager, Kia. She admitted that nobody requested my records yet and she laughed when I told her the doctor assured me the records would be requested. She once again told me she would request them. I called my other doctor, ensured the records were sent, then messaged 26Health again to tell them they were there (which I shouldn't have to do). The staff assured me they were there, so I messaged the manager, Kia, again to take action. She failed to even look for the records and immediately responded that they weren't available (a lie). I had to message yet again to say "yes they are, please do your job." She replied "oh yes they were here. It turns out we're not going to help you like we said we were able to." It took 12+ interactions for absolutely no care and my health is now worse. Just avoid it. They are underqualified and don't care. read more

I had two phone/tele visits with a therapist. Mr Borrero never showed up to my 3rd scheduled therapy session, not even the courtesy of a call back. I was totally ghosted. That was back in 2020. Now 5 years later, they send me a message remider to log into the portal to read. To make matters more difficult, there seems to be no feedback or contact option between patients and therapists. Avoid this psychology group like the plague. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could based on my experience here with provider KIARA STOKES. Let me ask the yelp community-- what's the typical process for you to get one your meds refilled with a new doc? It's usually something like this: You visit with the doctor, give them your previous medical records, and voila a few days later, like MAGIC those meds show up at your doorstep or you can pick it up at your local pharmacy, right??? Well, that's NOT how it works at 26Health!! You cannot expect to have such "fairly normal" expectations with these people. I went in for a televisit to have my ADHD meds refilled. Prior to the meeting, I provided them with all my medical records from the previous PCP showing I was prescribed this particular medicine and at the dose I requested. First off all, this Kiara Stokes lady shows up 12 minutes late to the teleconference and doesn't even apologize for being late. She then proceeds to use a condescending tone of voice and demeanor, as if I was the one who had inconvenienced her by waiting for her to join the meeting. I explained to her that I've been taking the same medication at the same dosage for years, and it is the only medication that helps me manage my ADHD. She does a very dodgy 45-minute "evaluation" asking me several questions about depression and anxiety (which I do not have!) and not a single question about my ADHD! Then she goes: "I don't think you have ADHD, so I am not going to prescribe this medicine to you". I reiterated that I've taken this medication for years with no issues, as no other drugs have helped manage my ADHD. As a full-time student, I require this medication to maintain focus in school, help with organization and finishing tasks, and ensure safe driving, as I sometimes zone out behind the wheel. She refuses to prescribe the medication and hangs up the call! I try to dial-in again, but she is gone! WOW! So I sent her 3 emails with additional supporting documentation that I was prescribed this medicine in the past including an ECG evaluation, prior diagnosis, and a screenshot of my previous PCP portal page showing the name and doses of the ADHD medicine I was prescribed. No response. Five days later, I get a call from the front desk staff saying Kiara Stokes isn't going to prescribe the medicine and that was it! Please save your time and money and go elsewhere! If they make the process of refilling medications this difficult, I can only imagine how poor the quality of their other mental health services must be. The only silver lining I can think of was Gouitre Khanna, she helps with setting up appointments and billing--she was awesome. Every staff member on 26health should take lessons from her, seriously. read more

They certainly want everyone's MONEY, but their mental health department is pure trash. They continue to move appointments around without client approval (people have lives, schedules, needs), no show for televisits-- then try to charge YOU for no shows as if it were YOUR fault. Hang up on you if you have ANY grievances that aren't being met, and management is extremely confrontational-- to MY wife-- no wonder I know people who have KILLED THEMSELVES because they weren't being treated correctly by their so-called mental health department. I have never felt more comfortable or welcome at a doctors office. The employees at Two Spirit truly evoke good energy. The two initial screening testers (Ken and his lovely assistant) made me feel beyond comfortable in a normally uncomfortable situation. I was a completely new patient as well as a walk in, and I was seen very quickly. Monday and Tuesday they offer free STI screening, and the office just added a pharmacy so I was able to fill the prescriptions within ten minutes! The nurse practitioner Jill, took her time listening to my symptoms and I didn't feel as if the appointment was rushed. Worst Customer Service! McKenna, who's supposed to answer the phones, rarely does and she rarely answers the voice mail's I'm constantly forced to leave. I have suffered from severe anxiety and have been diagnosed with a panic disorder. I decided to reach out and get some help bc I'm miserable. I called 26 Health and made an appointment. A HUGE step for someone with anxiety. My appointment was for January 31st. I was excited at the thought of feeling better. While at work today I received a voicemail telling me that 26 Health needed me to call them. I returned the call for them to tell me that my appointment had been cancelled.... No reason was given. I was transferred to a much ruder lady where I was told I could video chat with a doctor instead or reschedule..... Between this person huffing and cutting me off I didn't get anywhere. I am beyond frustrated. Do you know what they do? Alexis Ramos has blown up my email.... They have called me back to back.... And even sent the police to my apartment. I am beyond traumatized by these events today. I am in the emergency room right now bc the staff at 26 Health triggered a panic attack by harassing me. Did they have to change names to fool people? I started going to Two Spirit years ago. It was great back in the day. However, It's been a slow agonizing decent into hell over the years. Constant staff changes, each worse than the one before. What legit office never answers the phone or returns calls from patients? I'm tempted to sue them for malpractice. I've been calling for months to schedule an appointment with no results. I don't know what happened to this place but I miss the old days. Can't give zero stars so they get one. read more
