I was then promptly contacted and told that no authorization was needed and I could be seen. Expecting quality orthopedic care. I went back and was seen by a PA in the clinic. She was friendly, but her exam skills were limited and she didn't appear super confident in reading my imaging results. My X-rays were taken without confirmation that I was not pregnant and I told the rad tech not to worry that I wasn't pregnant just before shooting my images.... I was told she would order an MRI for my condition to further evaluate and was given an imaging centers handout. When I called to make the appointment on Monday, I was told no orders were in the system. I ended up getting an order from my primary care and proceeded that way. I did receive X-rays while in the clinic, and as of the morning of 9/2, these images have never been formally read by a radiologist/I have no image results in MyChart. I am fairly disappointed with my overall care at this facility and went in expecting some answers and resolution of the continued pain and discomfort I'm having but instead was told everything was fine and to keep "doing what you're doing" without any formal diagnosis or prognosis. I wouldn't recommend going here. I think you're better off with AdventHealth and Rothman. Their X-rays get read by a radiologist AND are reviewed by an Ortho trauma team every day. If you want the run around and to waste half your day at this place to get zero answers (and a probable stomach ulcer from all the naproxen/ibuprofen you've been taking) then this is your place! Maybe if you have a huge fracture it is alright, but for something that is common and requires certain X-rays for comparison views or a proper diagnosis, I wouldn't come here again.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a smiling and cheerful receptionist (I hope that is the right term!) I was immediately at ease and knew I was someplace special as the other folks around me were also being greeted or helped this way. When I sat down to do my paperwork before seeing the doctor, I was listening to the conversations of the staff coming in and out and it was delightful. These people like each other! There was a general sense of warmth coming off of everyone and it was amazing. It wasn't long before I was brought back to an examination room and saw the doctor. Again, everyone was friendly and warm. This is how doctor visits should be! This was definitely an entirely different experience from the first pain group I visited. I wish I would have come here initially because I could have saved a lot of time and headache. Wow! What a great team. The facility itself is very nice and clean. I then showed her in my calender that I was in fact scheduled for 3:45 PM and to please let the doctor know that I am here for my adjustment. Suddenly , Ms. "Politically correct, no-it all Michelle", rudely barks, "You were over 10 minutes late" of which I told her was not true, as 3:53 is only 8 minutes, and further to please send Dr. Yeomans to talk with me. I simply stated, "Very simple, go ahead and pull the tapes from my last visit and you will see that in fact you scheduled me for 3:45 PM, today, as I wrote in my calendar." I told her their was no need to argue or be "politically correct", just to look at the video and if I am wrong, then I would accept responsibility, as my appointment was never at 3:145 PM, on June 21, 2022. Obviously Dr. Yeomans nor his Office Manager, Michelle, do not care about the poor way his practice is run, as it is another boiler room, "Sears and Roebuck" type place. This was evidenced by the doctor, 2x seeing me, from the hallway, but never even acknowleging me nor seeming to care, even after I requested a brief acknowlegement from two members of his staff, while I sat "like a fool" to wait and waste over 30 minutes of my time, in addition to travel time to get to and from his practice. Further the lobby, of Phoenix Integrated medical, was backed up yet again via overbooking. Sorry, but this is not the kind of lack of service which is acceptable in the least, and as such, if you don't mind such a non-caring group, then please don't say you were never given a proper heads up. Remember, you have lots of choices for Chiro, and my advice is to patronize only an establishment which first and foremeost respects you as an individual, versus demonstrating a pompous tone by both the doctor and their staff. I got seen pretty close to my appointment time. My blood work was flawless. They honored my request to have it taken from my left hand. She only had to prick me once and it was as comfortable as can be. No bruising afterwards. I loved how fast and efficient this was. No one wants lab work to take longer than it needs and they do a good job. The door was locked when I arrived and someone had to let me in, but otherwise it was perfect.

There is someone to greet you when you walk in who escorts you to the correct area for your appointment. The people who check you in are positive and welcoming. The tech who performed my thyroid ultrasound was so personable, happy, energetic, positive, and charming-how many adjectives can I use to describe this terrific person? She was also thorough, gentle, and explained her process to me. When I was done, she helped me clean all the gel off by making sure I had plenty of cloth to wipe it away. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. They had social distancing measures in place in the seating areas. I will definitely return for other testing if necessary!

The overall standard of care that I've received has always been pretty good. I've never really had a bad experience. My mother has also come to this facility (as I believe so has my brother). We've all really had good experiences here. I went in last week for a quick consult before a routine endoscopy that I'll be receiving later this month. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly to me. She went over my expectations/tasks as a patient to prepare for the endoscopy. I felt seen and heard. I left the office very confident that I would be in trusted hands. As far as the facility itself goes, it is a bit more outdated in comparison to some newer facilities; however, for the most part, it has a decent amount of seating. It is usually ALWAYS packed / busy. So, parking can get a little full; however, there is on-street parking all around. The facility is as clean as one can expect of any facility, really. All in all, I definitely appreciate the care I've received here and will continue to go here for any of my GI needs.
