This package store used to be so close to me, and even when I'm not as close anymore I still come here sometimes. They have a great selection of Beer, Wine, Rum and Tequila. They have so much more but that is what I'm usually looking for. There isn't plenty of parking but personally I've never had any issues with it. The staff is not as helpful nor friendly, but my trip here is usually fast enough to not interact with them, so its never been a problem before. They took my money and then asked for my id. My husband purchased the beverage with my card and they refused to give him his stuff. I went inside to confirm that I am the card holder yet they still didn't give my husband his purchase.we had to go back home just to get my id. I'm sort of new to the liquor store scene. These folks seemed pretty nice when I asked them for help. The store seemed clean and orderly. They didn't limit the number of bottles I purchased even for allocated liquor. Though, their prices are a couple dollars more than some of the other package stores in the area. read more

What happened??? This place USED TO have a great selection. Now it's slim pickings. I don't go to the liquor store often. But I had noticed everytime I went back they had less and less. I would ask the staff, "are you cutting down on your stock?". And they would say "the truck will be here tomorrow." Well, lawdy, that truck has been driving on by. Last time I went you could put a dance floor in the middle of the place because that's how bare it is. And the bottle of brandy I was about to buy was way overpriced. I had the worse experience at this liquor store. Titos prices were not clearly marked. I picked up a bottle of Titos that I thought was 20.99 along with margarita mix ( not priced). After paying I asked to see a detailed receipt because my total seemed higher than I expected ($37). I was told I picked up a slightly larger bottle of Titos which was 26.99 (mind you the gallon was 31.99). I explained that I only saw two prices and thought I had picked up the 20.99 bottle and would like to exchange it. I hadnt even left the register and the guy pointed to a sign (which was not displayed in a place most would notice) that said no exchanges. Frustrated and holding up the line I left and called back to speak with the manager. He told me I should have ask for a manager while in the store and offered no resolution. I don't normally post but this was terrible. They are so overpriced compared to Branded Barrel which is right down the street on Pleasant Hill and the staff at Branded Barrel is SO helpful (especially if you need help picking wines). Called about getting a keg, and spoke with Mike. He was very kind, informative and helpful. I told him I'd call back after getting some quotes if I still wanted a keg through him. Well I called back about 1 hr later and got horrible customer service from a lady on the phone, and a guy named Bruce. Now I didn't speak with Bruce directly, but I could hear him talking through the phone and he had quite the attitude. As well as his female counterpart on the phone. I told them I would be taking my business somewhere else, and thanks for their time. Customer service is important, so don't be sassy on the phone. read more

The price for a bottle of Peach Crown is ridiculous. Super overpriced, on the borderline of price gouging during COVID-19 crisis. When trying to return, the clerk replied that is was illegal in Georgia to return alcohol. The law includes alcohol can be return if purchased in error. Use another store. read more

Past reviews are null and void. This store recently underwent new management. Reviews from the past few months are true. There was nothing for a selection. But all that has changed. The new management has fully stocked a now carpeted and LED lighted environment. Still full of all the fun vendor display pieces. And the selection packs the place wall to wall. Exotics and premiums. 100 year old bottles of booze. They got it all!!!! . And just ask them to order anything they don't have. I've done this twice in the last month. And with in a week they carried what I ordered. The new management has truly turned the place around. It's carpeted, bright, clean and fully stocked! Bruce the manager was very unprofessional with his voice and tone. I shop here often and always use Apple Pay. Today I went into the store, as usual and let the Manager know I was using Apple Pay and his reply was it doesn't work. I asked if he could try and he refused and now said that the owner, Gary said not to let customers pay with Apple Pay. Number 1, Bruce lied and said Apple Pay doesn't work and lied a second time saying that the owner of this establishment told him not to accept Apple Pay. On Yelp it says accepts Apple Pay as well. I asked for the owners contact information and he refused, continuing to yell at me in an u professional manner. I will never shop here again and will advise family and friends to go to the liquor store 2 minutes away. read more

Decent selection, not great. Out of Fat Tire beer, guy on floor had limited beer knowledge at least the guy was polite. However the little blonde headed girl with a pierced nose that checked me out had zero personality. No thank you, no good to see you, no come back again just take the ticket shove it in the bag and shoves the merchandise to me. I imagine she is always like this, personally I would have fired her on the spot. I have had previous experience with rudeness at the checkout counter with other personnel, this is a management issue. I will be hard-pressed to return. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Its a shame they moved into such a nice building after being in a run down building, but the employees make it not worth going in. Customer service is nonexistent.
