As we approached the store I noticed they have ample parking and they're located next door to a Car Wash. I quickly found a parking spot and entered. Looking for a a specific beer from the country of Trinidad I was told this store would have it While that tale ended up being false I somehow ended up in the parking lot too early for opening With a patient customer informing me "They don't open till 12:30pm" While that was nice of her I wound up coming later on at night The store was nice Things were well organized I was asked by a store associate "Do you need help finding anything?" This is where I discovered they didn't carry The specific beer I was looking for.. I ended up with something else My cousin that accompanied told me Prices were attractive They were a little lower My checkout experience All smiles and good customer service I'm not a drinker by no means necessary But when the occasion calls for a beverage to mix You can find your favorite types of alcohol For that special occasion In this store This is a great place to revisit... This is my new number one Liquor store. They literally have a little bit of everything for everybody. This place is awesome, the people are great, and the selection is off the chain, plus they have very comparable prices not out of line to other shops in the area. Clean environment with awesome marketing displays to check out. Very well organized and brightly lit. Wide aisles for easy shopping. Great selection of craft beers, very decent selection of spirits and wine. Looks like everyone here are following the Covid-19 restrictions like wearing masks, social distancing and sanitizing frequently. They could carry a few more high-end spirits, and the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable. But overall it's really a good experience. They have a good selection of high end bourbons, whiskeys and tequilas. Nice selections from Georgia and the south as well as national and international liquors. I have also seen a lot of Indian brands in the store like Amrut, the Indian finest Scotch Single Malt Whiskey. They have ample free parking in front of the stores. I would really come back again and also recommend this place to anyone who is nearby, in the area or passing through this way. read more

Bought 2 bottles of wine. The manager is nice and accommodating. Usually gives me a small discount because I buy a lot and often. I ask the cashier for my usual small discount. His reply was " you only bought 2 bottles and we don't give discounts on 2 bottles. I said, the manager always gives me a discount. When he said " only Indians, Mexicans, and Chinese Usually ask for discounts" Then he said, BTW, Military that I said: "Where were you during the Vietnam War?" read more

This review is long over due. I visit Strong Water during their grand opening and have been many times since. I was so impressed with the knowledge of the staff in the wine section that it kept me coming back for more. I was always educated on brands I had never heard of and encouraged to try them. I found it amazing that such a big store was as clean and dust free. My most recent visit I was looking for a particular vodka...Fiyori Vodka to be exact. A non non flavored hemp infused vodka. Smooth as ever. I had a taste of it while back and had been on a mission to find it. Well they called the distribution company and ordered me a case. I picked it up on the day she said it would be ready. For that level of customer service alone, I am grateful. Exceptional customer service from the entrance to the exit. read more

Stopped by here last night for a red and white wine before I went home and both selections were very good. I like to switch it up sometimes and this is a great place to explore. They have a wide variety or selections in wine and liquor. This is officially my new spot. I can get everything from wine to liquor here and try different types while I'm at it. They have some fun things going around the store also. My first visit, there was a wine tasting at the front I believe. I didn't taste any so I'm unsure but still a cool option. There was also a fun looking crown apple chair along with other props to take photos with near the entrance and exit areas. I also saw a crown apply recycle bin which I thought was so needed as I am a avid crown apple drinker. Lol like what do you do with those bags once you have enough? The customer service was surprising. My first visit every employee I passed asked me if I needed help and was willing to provided assistance when I needed it. I'll be back soon for sure. read more

What you need to know: They're definitely a little more expensive than other local spots (duh), staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, most of the prices are member prices (you need to sign up at the register - it's free), and most of the more expensive bottles are behind the register. I live quite literally around the corner and was curious when they were building this and it turned out to be a liquor store. I've been to most local places, and despite ownership changes lately, Spritzer's has been my go-to, but I decided to give this new place a shot. Price: Let's be honest, this is probably the main deciding factor next to convenience in buying liquor. And unfortunately, this is where they get docked a star for me. They're on average about $5-$15 more expensive than other spots nearby. And that's with the member pricing. Variety: This is where they excel. I don't think they'll ever be out of stock of something (at least for now - I know they're new), since they're basically the Wal-Mart of spirits with regards to their selection - almost anything and everything you need and copious amounts of it! Staff: Super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Definitely way better than most local spots where their owners and workers look angry to be there. Ambience: It's brand new so it's a modern look on the inside and they're playing all the latest hits, which makes for a fun shopping experience. All in all I'll probably be back from time to time, but their prices are just too high for me. Great store and convenient location for those of us who live in the area. read more

Ever wanted to have your own man cave but never really got around to making it come to fruition? Well no need to want anymore, Strong Water has man cave, beer garden, manly man vibes in abundance. Beer, scotch and cigars you cant go wrong. They even have a chilled section with more popular beverages. The place is VERY organized and many options available, rare beers and wines, tiny bottles of alcohol to a uhaul utility dolly sized bottles of alcohol. I found beers like Delirium from Belgium, Carlsberg, Golden Road and other not so Atlanta based brands that I enjoy. I usually have to order these selections from Total Wine. The tequila isle was beautiful and had many options. One entire aisle was dedicated to Tequila while the adjacent aisle was Vodka. This place was easy to navigate and had masculine modern decor. Lights and large Tv's anchor every end cap. Prices are great however I was purchasing for a taco party so I bought in bulk. Not sure how it compares to my local package store but I will return here for the variety and experience. Natasha from Montgomery, AL gave the best service. It was my first time and she enrolled me into their free membership program. It includes discounts, and notifications on special events. This was my first time at Strong Water and I must say I was impressed. The store had an extensive selection of hard to find beverages. The prices were competitive to other local stores. The aisles were nice and wide and easy to social distance during these Covid-19 times. All the employees were wearing masks. Visited today, 11/13/21 to shop for the holidays. I am female and needed a toilet in an emergency situation. I was told a toilet was not available. I was in a bad way and had to go behind the dumpster in the parking lot. This is not OK. I will not return. I have contacted the store and hope they will provide toilets to customers in need. read more
