But the one young girl that's now at the front has been making our visits less than pleasant. She always seems in a bad mood, a mood that screams "I'm only here because I have to, not because I want to". She's kinda rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I miss the sweet old ladies that were there all the time before, they made friends with everyone and would converse with you all the time. Really really sweet ladies. But this girl is the type of employee or person that drives your clientele away. Owners need to talk to her to fix her attitude towards the customers that SUPPORT your business, to fix and watch how she talks to them. Thank you.

I ended up getting oxygenated water and alkaline water, and it was surprisingly cheap to fill two big bottles that I keep in my car. Jessie was genuinely cool and helpful. The shop itself small , nothing complicated, just a really nice little spot that has everything for your water needs. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated jessie taking care of me today. Definitely found my new water spot. I'll be back!

While the first couple of years had its delivery bumps as they were getting their delivery system figured out, it was never anything to make me reconsider their services. Why? Because I was able to order their premium purified RO water vs. only having the option to order alkaline water. And let me tell you, I LOVE the taste of their premium purified water. Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. When I move the deliveries continue without a hitch to my new address. Putting a hold on deliveries is super easy when we're traveling. And the best part is, even though we've both moved locations and they've rebranded and expanded, it's still the same great tasting water as it was 10 years ago. [Parking]: Easy and free parking within a small plaza. [Price]: $2 per gallon for alkaline water and $0.60 for purified water. The shop also sells filters for shower heads. [Process]: This is a self-serve water shop and the owner will assist only if she sees customers are struggling. Push a button right next to lever handle to rinse a water jug. The shop is clean and has various signs stating benefits of drinking water & 10 healthy rules. [Conclusion]: This is one of more expensive water shops I have visited and also self service = more work out on customer's end (5 gallon of water x 8.345 lb per gallon = 41.725 lb of weight to carry), but the shop accept credit cards (5 gallon x $2 alkaline = $10) and the shop is clean.

Purified water is .35 cents for a gallon. The alkaline water here tastes just as good as other places too. CASH ONLY! This place is usually busy every time I pass by. Only a few parking spots on the premise but opens up quickly. The Cambodian owners are really nice.
