I left a review on google but I want to leave one here as well. Every time I come to this retailer to fill my water I am greeted by some of the NICEST vendors I've met anywhere. So far, with 4 different people - who I think might be related - they have gone out of their way to assist me. Yesterday, 13July they took my containers & did everything. They washed them out, refilled them, dried off the bottles & helped me get them to my car. It would have been impossible to provide better service, in my opinion. If you're in the area, you might want to get your bottles refilled here It will save a lot of $$ not buying single use bottles. I had 12 gallons to fill & at .85¢ per gallon, it's a lot cheaper than elsewhere for the 1L singles that retail for almost $2. read more

I had to write a review for this store because they absolutely blew my mind. I've been getting water delivered through Sparkletts and they dropped the ball on me. After a week without water and constantly pushing my delivery date back without notice, I cancelled the service. The literally told me that there's nothing I can do and advised me to cancel if I was unhappy (talk about terrible customer service). I showed up this morning stressed out due to lack of water and frustration. This store is a 5 min drive from my home and I'm upset with myself for never giving them a chance. I asked questions and they were answered. I got 4 5-gallon bottles and reverse osmosis water at 60c/gallon and spent about the same I spend every month and I don't get to keep the bottle. I'll probably break even in a few weeks. My husband is a bit of a water snob and has had a few glasses already stating that it's super crisp. I'll probably try the purified water next. Thank you for being super helpful and helping me take them to my car. You've gotten a new customer and will recommend you to everyone I can. read more

Me and my dad get our alkaline water from here. Jovita is very nice and warm whenever we get our water refills from here. The quality of the water is very good and this is the only place in the South Bay where I go to get my water because I am super picky. This is the cutest water store that I have ever been to! It was easy to find and plenty of parking! Jovita is the sweetest. She is friendly and full of knowledge regarding alkaline water. She was testing the alkalinity of the water when I arrived (pH 9.4 this morning). $2/gallon is a good price considering the value that you are getting. I truly never thought their was a difference in water till coming here recently. I'll never buy bottle water again finding out how acidic it can be and those for you with acidic PH levels you should try alkaline water they sell here. The taste in the purified water compares to nothing I ever tasted. The only down side is coming back to refill but the I guess just buy a five gallon jug. I wish they had delivery... Water is probably the most confused thing you should def be aware of what you intake. Give this place a try... Pro: very informative, nice people, lots of parking. Cons: none I can think of yet. On my first trip in the store, I had a very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable and courteous employee. She was able to explain pricing, purifying processes, and even offered a sample to taste. Our household has had water delivered for over six years, but price hikes have us considering other options. PH water was great! Owner made us try it and told us what to expect in storing ph water. At $2 a gallon that is pretty good even though some water store sell it for $1 a water. But what's the quality of these other stores. The owner can show show the ph and she test the water every day to see where her product stands. Worth the extra dollar to me. read more

First called after reading good reviews!! And got horrible directions. Don't know right from left. I told them I was headed from Carson and she told me the wrong side! Next there's two buildings, which one is it, I think she could of said something to avoid confusions!
