The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. The couch is a light couch with extremely light staining. I will attach a picture of the couch that needed to be cleaned. Buyer beware. Initial conversations were just fine but the worker who came to check the couch had 0 customer service knowledge. Awkward experience.
