They sent two very friendly and polite cleaners for the job. They came on a Sunday which was also very helpful for me, even tho their website says they aren't open Sunday. After their services, I can't see the stain at all and both rooms I requested to be cleaned are spotless! The cleaners checked with me each time to be sure I was satisfied with how things were looking before moving on with the next task. Winonna was the receptionist I spoke to while making the booking. Despite the fact that adding our house (in Alexandria) to their rotation of clients mainly in Arlington had its logistical challenges, they have not let that interfere with providing timely service. They send dates of service for 1 year in advance and coordinate at the beginning of the week for the exact time of arrival. These reminders are perfect to help us deconflict with our busy family schedule (and to remind us to straighten up before their arrival!). When it comes to the cleaning, their work is thorough and spotless. The first thing I see when I get home is the gleaming kitchen sink!! They do a wonderful job in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and with our floors. Any tricky area we ask about ahead of time (like a shower) is given extra attention at the next appointment. I had a cat room that was a little gross, gave a tip for her to clean it. She left before the apartment was done and I was out of time as I had to turn on the keys in 15 minutes. I sent her the pictures I took after the maid left. Conversed with the owner Katie again and we agreed that it wasn't finished and she missed things she was supposed to clean. Katie agreed to refund $100. UPDATE: Refund finally came through. Good communication at the end. Make sure you ask all your questions before you book them.

Prior to scheduling, I check their options online, I called and spoke with Lekia because I had some questions about their services and I wanted to make sure I was selecting the correct one. This is for a condo (rental unit/lock box for key on site) where previous tenants had made a huge mess. I wanted the cleaning company to clean under the washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove. I explained that there was quite a lot of work to do. I noticed they had two options, Deep Cleaning and Move Out. So my questions where, do you clean under the appliances and which service should I select to make sure I maximize my results, if both services are required, I'm ok with that as well. Lekia informed that only one service was required, Move out. This was to allow for everything to be done. I went back online booked my service and provided tip. The service was not available until Wednesday I believe but I included a note requesting for earlier cleaning if available. I received an email confirmation, they moved it to Monday. So far costumer service was ok. I get a call on Monday, letting me know that the cleaning was done but that they had left the key in the unit by accident. They asked if a copy was available, if not, they offered to replace the lock. Which was the right thing to do, except my rental management company was on their way to show the unit. So this was a problem. I told them, my mother who stays 5 mins away has a key and I needed that key to be back in the lock box within the next 15 minutes. I didn't anything for the next 20 minutes so I assumed the key was placed back. WRONG! I get a call from my rental management company looking for the key. They had to wait for Lekia to come back and open the door with the extra key. These should've being a warning for me. In the afternoon I get a call from my rental management asking me to go check the unit because it didn't look like it was clean. I stop by on Wednesday and yes, they didn't do a very job at all. I send them an email, Lekia called and as I was explaining my frustration, she started speaking over me, cutting me off, raising her voice, and decided to blame the management company. I told her that I couldn't continue and to please send me an email with her explanation, she did. I'm going to try to include copies of our email exchange but I think Yelp limits the amount of pictures. We exchanged several emails, my last one was requesting to be contacted by the owner and/or manager. I'm still waiting to heard back. I will include this review in Google Review as well.

I hired this company specifically for a post-construction cleaning, and before booking I asked multiple times if they were experienced with post-construction cleaning. I specifically explained that I expected the ceilings, walls, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, inside and outside of cabinets, shelves, bathrooms, and all surfaces to be thoroughly dusted and cleaned because construction dust gets everywhere. They assured me they knew exactly what a proper post-construction cleaning involved. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. When they finished, it looked like many areas had never been touched. Construction dust was still covering window tracks and sills, shelves, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, countertops, shower walls, tubs, toilets, inside and outside of cabinets, and even decorative fixtures. There was still debris left on the floors, dust around plumbing fixtures, and residue throughout the bathrooms. The fine construction dust that I specifically hired them to remove was still everywhere. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, the manager became argumentative, raised his voice at me, accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation, and refused to provide any refund. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company. Although they offered to come back, I politely declined because I no longer had confidence that they would do the job properly, and I didn't want to waste any more of my time. I ended up starting the cleaning myself and now have to hire another company next week to finish the job correctly. We were planning to move into our home immediately because we have an upcoming trip, but instead I lost my entire morning dealing with this and still wasn't able to move in. I paid a premium expecting my home to be move-in ready after construction, but instead I was left with more work, more expenses, and a great deal of frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for post-construction cleaning. The quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled were both extremely unprofessional.
