Cristina confirmed for window cleaning Saturday 7/27/24 at noon. I followed up several times to make sure they were still coming and eventually she responded they got held up on a job all day. She was very apologetic. The lack of communication was frustrating, but it happens and I edited my review as they made it right and we worked through it. We rescheduled for Monday and she knocked off some of the price which was already very good. The crew was a bit late but they worked very hard. Not perfect, but I will use them again. I didn't ask them to do the skylights and that is on me, not them. Again, great value and hard workers - they have earned my repeat business. Communication and invoicing could be better, but nobody is perfect. We can all do better. Also, forgot to mention we used them for gutter cleaning too last winter. Same communication and invoicing issues but that's OK. They got the job done and a fair price. read more

The service and response time for cleaning our gutters was excellent on the two occasions we have used them. My only complaint is that on both jobs they did not give us a bill/invoice and came back a year later asking to be paid (which of course we paid). The second time we used them in July the following year they also did not send an invoice. I personally reached out FIVE times asking for a bill and almost 5 months later have still not received one. After some back and forth on Yelp we had scheduled a window and gutter clean for our house - the first since we moved in 4 years back. Their prices was super competitive and the team that came out was quick, efficient, and polite. Now I just need to clean the insides to match the sparkly outsides (maybe next time we'll request that service too)! read more

Very disappointing. They simply stopped communicating. They asked on May 20th if they could come on the 24th. I answered within 2 hours that yes, that day was fine, so long as it wasn't late afternoon. No response. On the 24th I sent a Yelp message asking if they were coming. No response. I waited all week for a response of some kind. Silence. As I said, very! disappointing. Will be hiring someone else now. read more

It was easy to see why this company has only 5-star reviews. The crew did a fabulous job. All the debris in the gutters was scooped out and bagged, then the gutters and downspouts were flushed out. I've never had such a thorough gutter cleaning. Next time, I'll get them to do the windows, too. read more

I hired Ochoa & Co primarily because they offered a great price for the services I needed. Additionally, Christina was super prompt in responding to my messages. They were running behind the day of my appointment, but Christina did communicate with me and they arrived at the new time. They also ended up not needing to do a gutter clean, and charged me only an inspection fee, which I greatly appreciated. This company was absolutely phenomenal, not only was the rate "one of the most reasonable" for the level of effort and amount of windows that our house had. But they worked a long time on them even into where the sun had gone down. The next day when I arrived there were streaks on the windows which I assumed were from the outside. I called them and they quickly responded and said they would come in the morning to touch them up. This was very important as my house was going up for a listing and sale that same day. And we were doing photos. They showed up early morning and we found out that actually it was the house cleaning service that had not done a good job On the inside windows, this company didn't say that that wasn't their problem, instead they helped me clean the inside windows for free, even if that wasn't included in the original quote at all. I tried to pay them and they refused. Because they just wanted me to be happy. I couldn't recommend a company more and I hope everyone gives them business. read more
