When we finally connected, I spoke with Chad who set us up for a window cleaning a few weeks from the date of our conversation. I received a clear and timely estimate and a reminder that Dave would be arriving at my house at 8 AM. They were able to provide an estimate from my providing my address and the pictures of our house online. We decided to have only the outside of the windows cleaned. At exactly 8, Dave rang the doorbell. He is such a pleasant person, friendly with no BS. After saying good morning, we took a short walk around the house so he could scope out the job. Dave has been here nearly 7 hours and has done an absolutely superb job. I have only the highest regard for the quality of his work - he has cleaned the windows as if this were his house. He's not just going thru the motions, he looks at the corners of the panes after the first once-over, and comes back to clean what isn't done the first time to his satisfaction.
