A lot of the kids complained about the systems especially the Xbox 360. They have only one ps4 which was not brought out until the very end of the party and I was told it is only for vr games. This was very disappointing, when I booked the party I asked about the ps4 as my son is a ps player. When I complained about the Xbox I was told basically "oh well" and that they will get one next year.I felt that was a horrible response. I have a Xbox5 and most of the kids at the party have a newer gaming systems. For the amount of money we paid they could afford at least one xbox5. You are better off borrowing your friends gaming systems and using them for your party. Luckily, my son enjoyed the other activities at the party. Please, if you have to use them, at least ask for Melissa, as she seems to be the only rep who answers the phone and (unfortunately) couldn't be my rep because I'd spoken with someone else on my first phone call. I'd much rather be writing a glowing review; hopefully they will step up in their customer service because it looks like they have some great products.

She was snappy with the kids on the bus about which games they could play. Instead of communicating she thought my foot was on her sofa she walked up and grabbed the bottom of my shoe twice before telling me what was going on. No liquids were on allowed on the bus and instead of verbally saying that she pointed to a sign. Despite her attitude the children did enjoy themselves. We go the package that included a foam party. The gentleman that did the foam was very nice. For the amount I spent I expected better customer service, I would not book again due to her demeanor but I am not here to deter business. No complaints regarding the bus on actual service provided.
