When I complained about the Xbox I was told basically "oh well" and that they will get one next year.I felt that was a horrible response. I have a Xbox5 and most of the kids at the party have a newer gaming systems. For the amount of money we paid they could afford at least one xbox5. You are better off borrowing your friends gaming systems and using them for your party. Luckily, my son enjoyed the other activities at the party. After being late, they didn't accommodate me for that and they packed up the game truck 22 minutes earlier than expected and the popcorn machine didn't work. They didn't even bring their own extension cord, I had to ask and use my neighbors For them to connect the bounce house. I have since called the office over a dozen times to get some questions answered and a contract sent; I was told on May 4th I'd have the contract e-mailed to me by the 7th. Please, if you have to use them, at least ask for Melissa, as she seems to be the only rep who answers the phone and (unfortunately) couldn't be my rep because I'd spoken with someone else on my first phone call. I'd much rather be writing a glowing review; hopefully they will step up in their customer service because it looks like they have some great products.
