    2A Thrift Superstore, Pennsauken
    L L.

Definitely a thrift superstore! Stopped in when I visited ReStore right nextdoor. Divided into departments, like a Marshalls as a thrift store! An aisle or more dedicated to each department, from housewares, to toys, books, clothes, pet, DVDs, etc. Most things I saw were well priced. Hardcover kid books $1.49 to $1.99 each. DVDs $1.99 each (check for scratches on the discs though). Pots and pans $5 to $10. Toys, mostly $5.99 each. Kid bikes, used, a little pricey at $35 in functional but cosmetically bad condition. A leather Coach wallet-purse with marks from use, was $5.99. Not my brand, but for those who like it, there are many YouTube videos on how to clean up thrift store finds like this in leather or canvas. Unique Phillies purse also $5.99, brand new. Saw overpriced switch plates (for light switches) in a lot of really scratched messed up ones for $1.99/lot which was not worth it IMO for the work to clean them up. Also $3.99 bag of Mardi Gras beads I can buy new at Dollar Tree in a pack about as many. But the 5 stars are for the big vintage metal construction trucks I got for $5.99 each for my child. Awesome deal! Also got a bunch of hardcover books and DVDs. This place is so big, you will find a bargain if you look long enough. Requires patience and some time.

I am M Ave. in Frisco and there are a few qualities that indicate a great thrift store. First, does it have that thrift store smell when you first walk in. This one doesn't. Possibly because it's a larger store and they have great ventilation. Second, is it well organized. This one also ranks high. Not only do they have a separate sections for different types of items but they also separate and sort clothes by size which many thrift stores don't do. You have to look through and find them on your own. Third, is there a area to try clothes on and mirrors to check yourself out without having to use a fitting room. The store also has both. Red white and blue does not offer fitting rooms and Goodwill has no extra mirrors. Forth, variety. This store always has an abundance of everything. It's hard to come here and not find something that you're looking for. Lastly is price and sales. Everything here is very well priced and they frequently have 50% off sales. Overall this is one of the better thrift stores in this area and when you definitely want to

Store definitely has some Pro's- it's clean, organized, easy to maneuver, even with carts. Cons- I'm starting to see clothes with stains (old navy zip up), and cheap mall brands priced up. Ridiculous. It goes from finding a great deal to being like who priced this!?Also cheap china cups pricing..no. Whomever is pricing this (manager) should be embarrassed.

This is a great place to find odds and ends, the day that they have sales, those days are amazing to stop in and everyday it's a different sale. The employees are helpful and the all wear face mask. They have hand sanitizer and wipes!

Found so many great items - and clothes were 50% off that day. Also discovered a book I have been searching for. Score!

Additionally, I have had recent buys from other stores, that after getting home and wearing, I realized just were not my style, but would look fabulous on someone else - and have had a great experiencing consigning such items at Rack's. Cheryl, the owner, could not be sweeter and has a discerning eye. There is a wonderful selection of handbags and some very unique jewelry. Also, some really cute clothes especially if you are looking for something that not everyone else is wearing!

How can you work and retail and have no customer service skills?!!…read more My daughter and I wanted to enjoy this gorgeous day, so off to Haddonfield we went! Raks was our first stop. Nice store with a great clearance rack out front. I loved a pair of bling jeans for a mere $15. I had my eye on a nice summery red purse that I was going to buy too. Well ... my friendly self said hi to the woman behind the counter. She looked square at me and SMIRKED. Not even a hello! WHAT A PUSS FACE! I called to my daughter and we left. Screw her and screw her attitude! This woman and store didn't deserve our business. We went elsewhere, with much nicer staff. We mopped up too! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK and I hope I reach many people on Yelp! Also, my Italian self has a big mouth and a lot of friends and co-workers that I WILL be yapping to!

I bought 2 sinks for $15 during their 75% off sinks sale. One is a new white ceramic drop-in…read morebathroom sink with 4" center set holes (they also had the widespread and a million undermounts, vessels, countertop-integrated, etc.). Other sink is a used stainless steel rectangular basin sink, which I'm putting in a laundry room. I have one in my existing pantry and it's awesome for all the projects I do. Best sinks! They had all kinds of sinks here at incredible deals. Prices were already very reasonable before the 75% off sale. The brand new sink I got for $2.50 sells for $40 to $130 at Home Depot! The $12.50 stainless basin I got was used, but I had bought new for my pantry one and it goes for about $200! (I definitely feel I wasted my money in the past buying retail.) Also on sale this week were 50% doors and windows, and 75% off tile. Great deals to be found! The building materials warehouse section is in the back, and it houses windows, doors, flooring, lighting, hardware, rugs, appliances, a few newer/nicer furniture items, cabinets, vanities, sinks, tubs, etc. They had a couple old 90s solid surface loose sink vanity tops, and some faux stone kitchen vinyl tops. I didn't check price though. One brand new, high style integrated sink/counter unit with vanity was $400 -75% off but that was probably just the top piece price. This store also had a lot of vintage furniture, some was quite stylish, but you do have to pick through a lot of function-over-form stuff for the finds. Prices here were better than the Maple Shade store. Not everything was bargain priced but at least fairly priced for what I saw. Staff was friendly, ready to help, and store was neat and organized. I am very happy with my purchases! Note: there are various discounts for all kinds of people: seniors, first responders, military, etc. so always ask about discounts before you pay.
