Prices are quite high for used merchandise. Many items priced as if they were brand new. However, what prompted me to write this review is as follows. The place has no fitting rooms. I bought 2 pairs of jeans thinking they would fit. They didn't, I was told I could return them if they didn't. I returned to the store a couple days later with my receipt and the original price tags in hand. They told me because I cut off the little plastic thing that holds the tags on was cut off they would not give me credit or let me return the items. Really? The irony is that I've donated literally many hundreds of dollars worth of items to them in the past. Actually, well over a thousand dollars over many years. I'm not too happy. read more

I like this store Many bargains on Sunday which is Dollar Day of whatever colors they pick. Usually longer lines but we'll worth it

Whoever is setting prices here should be absolutely ashamed. These are donated items that Goodwill gets for free, yet the markups are outrageous. $18 for a cheap plastic pumpkin? $30 for a rusted Target candle holder? That's not thrift, that's exploitation. The entire mission of Goodwill is supposed to be about affordability and community support, but these prices push struggling families away. People come here because they need reasonable pricing, not because they want to pay more than retail for used, damaged goods. It feels greedy and dishonest, and it undermines the very purpose of a thrift store. Goodwill needs to take a hard look at its pricing policies and remember why people shop here in the first place. At this point, it's damn near theft. read more

The Goodwill has officially fell in line with Corporate Greed!! Possibly worse! -They No longer have fitting rooms. Yes, they implemented return policy however, you only receive "Store credit" that has to be used in 30 days ! ( the return has to be processed at the same location of the purchase) -They No longer offer Half off colors Mon-Sat! -The Audubon location removed All Mirrors! ( per the employee " because customers are slobs and leave items everywhere") -The prices have increased so, where is the value exactly! read more

I like shopping here, but beware, people will take stuff out of your carts if you leave them unattended! Just wish that the store was a bit neater, stuff is just piled onto shelves and if you move one item, there's the possibility of many other items coming crashing down on you. read more

I wanted to grab something for an upcoming camping trip - it didn't need to be new, it didn't need to be nice, I just needed it CHEAP. Things were fine in here, nothing unusual. But the reason I am giving this place four stars is because I saw an older gentleman screaming to staff about not getting a refund because he had no receipt. As the the manager tried politely to tell him several times, "If you have no receipt, we don't know how much to give you back in store credit." Apparently this gentleman gave this item as a gift to his wife, he tore off the price tag, didn't keep the receipt, and now he was verbally abusing staff for not giving him money back for something he had no proof he even bought here. Kudos to the store manager who even after repeatedly, politely, and professionally explaining their policy, stepped in after the nasty customer began to spit out racially slurred comments about staff. I'm glad they called the police and I hope his old nasty prejudiced butt got hauled off to jail. read more

This is an amazing GOOD will store. I visited today 5/22/19 around 1120 and left here at 1250. I had fun rummaging through some truly good finds. I could of stayed there a little while longer but I'm pressed for time. This store has amazing artifacts ..vintage furniture, electronics, dishes, clothing, toys, decorations ...you name it ! The store was neat, organized and the staff are constantly stocking the shelves as you shop. Awesome store, conveniently located in the Audubon shopping center. My cashier Marie was very friendly, smiled and was helpful in some last minute indecisive decision making that I was trying to make. read more

I go here for kitchen gadgets especially on Sunday Dollar day. Only thing I'd if you go on Sunday you gotta get in line by 9:10am They open at 10 and the line usually goes down to the gym next door. Grab a cart because for 1$ you don't know what your gonna find out bring a granny cart with. Usually on regular days they are picked over on 50% off colors. But you may find something. read more

My husband and I have discovered thrifting at our local Good Will store. We have had a lot of fun on the weekends doing it. The Audubon store is our favorite. Everything is neat and clean and organized. We look forward to seeing the manager Diane and the cashier Sue is sweet and helpful...not to mention keeps us laughing. Last weekend we found a turkey platter still in the box. it had the original price tag on it. $9.99. On the flip side of the box was a Good Will sticker of $14.99. We knew there had to be a mistake. Normally they marked things l/2 price of the original price...at least that is what we have found in the past. Sue was not there that day....so we asked another cashier if we could talk to the manager. It was someone new. Diane was on vacation they told us. I told her about the price mistake....and asked how much. She told us it would be $9.99. The original price of the platter when bought from Bed Bath and Beyond new. We told her we didn't want it. Its a shame that these items are being donated and the prices that they are marking them are really getting a bit out of control. We may have to find another favorite past time....a cheaper one! lol not sure why or how they would do that. But we were not pleased. read more

Absolutely loved this place, came here at least twice a week and dropped $400+ each time. As I'm going into the dressing room; there is no sign saying how many items. I'm handicapped so it is difficult for me to get around. The manager rudely told me that only 4 items were allowed in the dressing room and purposely stayed outside harassing my daughter and I over the matter. I took everything out and left the cart due to the fact that I do not need to be getting this type of attitude. I then tell her at the register how much it bothered me and she simply says "they are the rules." It is ridiculous. Sadly these good places are getting bad ratings due to one person being extremely harassing. SMH read more

My sister and I enjoy thrift shopping and we were in luck today! We tried our local Lumberton Goodwill, but that was is beyond scary. We enjoyed the Maple Shape Goodwill, but this Audubon and was blown away! The selection was above and beyond, the staff was polite and friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. We linked up with an employee named Diane, she was so friendly and helpful. The staff was so pleased to help through my shopping and the best part of it all is their bathrooms were extremely clean! The selection was great! Lots of clothes with original tags on them and name brand too. They already have Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas out so head that way! Prices are reasonable especially for the condition for the clothes they offer. We will definitely marked this our to-go Goodwill! Only complaint I would find is the home decor is a bit disorganized but what do you expect from several employees competing with customers all day not putting things back. I think they do a stand up job where it is controllable! read more

Checking out feeling good about the few items I got and the pants didn't have a tag but a blue plastic as if the tag got ripped out. Manager comes back and changes price completely and was very rude about it. Now I remember why I stopped going and would rather shop online for new items bc this manager is always yelling at customers or rude. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this. read more

I've been shopping at this Goodwill Store since before they moved from Bellmawr Location, now over to Audubon location. I must say I absolutely LOVE this particular Goodwill Store! Not only is the store Very Clean and Always Well Stocked with some Awesome inventory, But the LADIES and GENTLEMAN that help run this store are EXTREMELY HELPFUL & ALWAYS IN GOOD SPIRITS & HAPPY TO HELP YOU! Everytime I go to this store I walk out with at least #2 Huge Bags of Name Brand Clothes, Authentic name brand Handbags/Purses, Babydolls-( that are worth triple what I paid) Antique paintings & figures & some Really nice Furniture peices! My Motto is....When ever I plan to go there & Shop, I make sure to "Donate & Give", before I go there to Buy!!! Definitely worth going to look around & just a suggestion...You may want to go while your KIDS are in School or your able to Shop "SOLO!"- TRUST ME...Lol, this way you can take your time & just explore the store & have alittle fun discovering some pretty Amazing finds!!!Happy Hunting! read more
