I'm not sure what changed. There are no longer proto type vehicles here. Of all manufacturers. I seen on proto type. Years ago it used to be every one had a prototype. The ride and drive section was mediocre at best. Just took way too long to get through. I spent two hours and was only able to drive two vehicles. So I finally gave up. The food costs are beyond ridiculous. A lemonade was $12. I just don't understand why places need to gouge their customer base. Makes zero sense. Not sure I want to come back next year. It's just not worth it. Way too many people and not enough cars to see.

They continued to make excuses as to why it's not their fault because they think they can't do wrong at their shop. But because of their shitty ability I now have a continuous engine light on for a purge valve because they spliced the wires and didn't fix it. And on top of that they couldn't put a motor mount back in properly causing other issues and breaks in the car this shop is terrible! Go to mmr autosport in Perrysburg much better service.

He ignores calls, texts, and emails completely, and somehow is never available to speak. On the rare occasion you do manage to get in touch with him, he'll just feed you empty promises and excuses that never lead anywhere. Out of desperation, I started calling around to other shops to see about taking my car elsewhere, and every single time I mention where my car currently is, the response is immediate and identical: "Get your vehicle out of there as soon as possible." Multiple shops told me they know Marquis personally or have dealt with several customers who had horror stories and ended up bringing their cars to them instead. It's always the same type of nightmare: missing parts, months of delays, no communication, and money taken with no work to show for it.. A few shops even said point blank that his business has no money and accused him of being a scam artist who steals both your parts and your payment. Marquis, of course, denies all of this and insists that every other shop is lying about him. But with how many shops are tellling the same story independently, it's hard to believe he's the only one telling the truth. Please, at the very least, do yourself a favor and call around before even thinking about dropping your vehicle off here. You deserve honesty, professionalism, and communication, none of which you'll get at this shop.

They take all the hassle out of dealing with insurance as well. Ignore the negative reviews just because of Fine Line's marketing strategies. I found each experience to be helpful, and was my exact expectation of what I wanted. Pricing? A test drive? Always fantastic service. So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. Of course incentives and deals change all the time in the car business, but they did their best to work with us, and won our business. I could not more highly recommend Jon and Vincent.
