Weds came on gone without any communication. Thurs was a holiday. Friday at noon still no word but was told it was with the tech when we called at 8am. 12:20 or so left a voicemail for the service manager requesting he call us back. 2pm still no call. Called service desk and was told the service manager sent her an email ref our vm. Still no word on what the check engine light meant as far as generating a repair estimate!! Getting a code is simple and straight forward. So why the long delay from the Weds morning appt? Recvd msg saying they will provide a loaner car at 4:30 .... they close at 5:00! So its a Sat morning trip to pick the loaner up. Needless to say we still do not have an estimate for its repair. This is my neices car that she needs for work. No work now since Tues and this will onviously not get resolved until sometime next week. Extremely disappointed with the dealershios service department and its manager. They changed it and did a few other things for me. After 3 weeks of owning the car the engine blew, the block cracked and oil was all over the highway and the underside of my car. Was it this guys fault? Was it my mechanic? The car only had 140,000 miles on it. Obviously neither the mechanic or the guy who sold me the car took any blame. My mechanic allowed me to look at it with him when I got back into his shop and it did not appear to be anything my mechanic did wrong. I don't know but it's a used car lot at cheap prices, be cautious. They seem like great people though....

He told me the problem was fixed and left, but shortly afterward the vehicle began leaking fluid again in two different locations. I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.

I found each experience to be helpful, and was my exact expectation of what I wanted. Pricing? A test drive? Always fantastic service. So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. Of course incentives and deals change all the time in the car business, but they did their best to work with us, and won our business. I could not more highly recommend Jon and Vincent.
